Playing rating matches is impossible thanks to mega kangaskhan. Maybe I should use Sableye as check because I'm really out of other options. >.<
 
Yup thats one of its very few counters. The possibility of mega kanga popping up does limit the team building aspect by a lot if all its weak against is sableye :(

It's more a check than a counter, but it's a very effective check.
Spiritomb is now legal and can probably deal with MegaMom more efficiently, but that's entirely speculative and still not a real answer. Banning Kangaskhanite for the moment is clearly the easiest option.

the only thing i really hate is evasion move (idc too much about evasion abilities since they need weather to activate). i know most people run sub-seed bullshit whimsicott, but i don't really like using it and prankster taunt is hilariously awesome! coupled with a life orb, cotts can hit quite hard too.

i have a few friends who only use ubers, but they don't EV train them so it's not too much of an issue. however, fighting those people in multi-battles is annoying. mega kangas just love rough skin/iron barbs + rocky helmet! like what do they do against a rocky helmet ferrothorn?!
 
played @WhYYZ a bit ago and it was pretty even. sac'd my cresselia waaaaaaay too early against his metagross, mispredicted and ate shit for it lol. besides that, the only poke on my team that did literally nothing was yanmega. i think i got a shadow ball off on his talonflame, but that was about it. it eventually got to sawk Vs. sawk...and mine lost. he got some power-up punches, got a salac berry trigger, then won with a buff-tastic reversal. gg man =D

Well I think since pokebank is out kanga has access to fire punch, butif it doesnt have fire punch I would go for one PuP for minimal dmg then try and EQ the shit out of ferrothorn.

I played against you just before my TTT2 tourney. I've stored the match btw because it was awesome. Garchomp is a pain in the butt though, I need a +3 to take it out with EQ, which isn't happening. How'd you like my shiny Metagross?

Also does someone have a 3 or 4IV ditto that isn't english? I like to breed shiny with decent IV's but I don't have a good enough ditto.

I have a German Ditto with 31IVs in HP, Attack, SpAttack, Speed. Interested? In exchange for a 4IV Ditto from your side? :D
 
i personally hate genesect, but i don't think it should be banned. it's incredibly easy to bluff a scarf and surprise people and couple with rotom, it's just volt-switching all day long.
 
It was banned the last gen, so I don't see why it shouldn't be banned this gen. The only thing changed is Knock-off being a legit move which can remove his choice item making it less of a thread.

The real argument is Mega Lucario. I have two checks in my team making it less of a thread (TF and Ditto) but if you don't have them Lucario is a beast so I'm not sure. I'm leaning more to not-banning him. It is a huge thread as it can Nasty-plot or Sword Dance and run both sets and with 112 speed it can outspeed most of the OU. And if it doesn't it can Xtreme speed or Vacuum wave or Bullet punch and hope for the best. But what can really fuck you up is a Justified Lucario that gets his Attack boost without doing shit.

Pinsir has something similar with Quick attack, If you can revenge kill with it and increase your attack with moxie it becomes really strond in it's mega version with a aerilate return.
Which is 102+30%+Stab= base power 199 return. >.<

I don't have a 4IV ditto or a ditto safari (Which sucks). I'll beg with one of my friends, he has a 4IV english Ditto.
