Ok, let me break what you've said down...

But I also know that offline everything is shrugged off because there's no lag, so it's your own fault if you get hit, so that's a reason why I thought you might have done.

You are obviously trying to imply something here or else it wasn't necessary.
The last one you may be right about, but I can't do anything against Mitsurugi online with lag.
I'm sorry Mage, but I really have to take this up with you, nothing personal - but this is complete bullshit:
1. Rugi 2KB is perfectly legit - NOBODY can handle that on reaction and anyone who says otherwise is a scrub.
2. If he did indeed use 2KB 10 times in one round (Which is bollocks, because 2KB 11BA will kill in 6 or 7 repetitions) then the defender should have blocked low. Plain and simple.
3. Don't moan about 2KB - its 3B that is annoying online as its safe =/.
4. As an Ivy player, you are playing the best character in the game (excluding Hilde for obvious reasons) and have more than enough tools to keep Mitsurugi completely zoned out of any decent mixup all day long and as such have very little grounds to moan about any move/legit tactic when you have ample things to deal with Mitsu in general (and plenty besides)
5. Don't you dare try to discredit Tsubasa - he knows a lot more about SCIV than you do: at the most recent tournament (which was big by UK standards), he won the whole thing, in fact I was the only person who beat him that day and even then we had 3 FT5's which went 2-1 in my favour. He's a bloody good Mitsurugi.
6. Why are you picking a fight with an offline player who already has a strong reputation in this country when you have none yourself to back your claims (which make no sense anyway) up?
Again, take no personal offence from this, but what you're suggesting is just dumb. Very very dumb indeed.
Now, I would personally get anoyed if Mitsu was abusing 2KB on me, but that is because offline I can just ukemi it almost every time (as Tsubasa himself will back me up on) but even then - I shouldn't have let Mitsu be in a position to use it in the first place. You get what I'm saying?
