You know it's funny, I can usually put myself in other people's shoes, try to see things from their perspective, at least to the point where even if I don't share it, I get it.
However, I will never understand dudes who find Ivy sized titties attractive. Both Taki and, of course, Ivy are way over-endowed to the point of it being sort of gross, IMO.

A lot of people just buy SC because of Ivy. I think her outfit is not even stimulating, and her proportions are just unreal. Sophitia, Hilde and Taki are much hotter, and actually pretty.

Most guys like'eth there women with large assets(Nearly the entire cast of SCIV), or flat assets if you swing that way (lol) and some like there face being shoved into the dirt and mud while being physically violated by amberlamps and being chocked(Ivy), and then theres those who like'um feisty(Cassandra). i could go on and on but, Mmm dew naught' want...
...But my favorite flavor in a woman and in pixel would have to be a combo between the following.
- Pretty face, beautiful personality the good ol' one, tew pawnch.
- No bitches, bitchyness of any kind, everyone gets upset, thats only natural, but if the girl acts like shes constantly PMS'ing 24 friggen 7... Haha, yeahhh, do not want. :D

I know this might not be gay friendly and I am openly gay myself. However, it doesn't mean that I don't find girls beautiful (just not sexually attracted to them lol). Anyway, here's my little breakdown for the ladies of Soul Calibur.
-Cassandra: I think she was pretty in SCII & SCIII. Her face looked so natural and fresh. In SCIV, her face looked too anime to me and that turned me off of her. Despite that, she is cute and I admire her confident demeanor. She'd be a great sparring buddy lol.
-Ivy: Okay, here's what I have to say about Ivy. In the early Soul Calibur games, I thought she was pretty. Her hairstyle looks awesome, her European like face looked so fresh, and I liked a lot of her outfits, especially the red dress outfit in SCII. In SCIV, I was turned off by her outfit. It was ridiculous in my opinion but I can see why people liked it so much I guess. In the end, I think she looks okay and she'd be someone I'd like to sit and have tea with haha.
-Seong Mina: I really think she is very pretty and the most natural of all the girls of Soul Calibur. She looks great without makeup and her upbeat personality really draws me in. Her body is very proportional to me as well. Like Cassandra, she's cute and she'd be a great sparring buddy as well as close friend you'd feel lucky to have. : )
-Taki: The other somewhat overly endowed woman of Soul Calibur. I have to say, in the early Soul Calibur games, her face looked really beautiful. I liked how they made her face very oriental like in the renderings, especially in SCIII. While I do get a bit put off that they make her assets the target point since they are constantly in motion, I really admire Taki's professional demeanor. In SCIV, her face turned me off since she looked too Anime like but her outfit was still cool. I liked her outfits best in SCII and in closing, I think she has a lot of charm and I think she'd be a cool person to talk to and hear her stories of her journeys.
-Xianghua: Fun and cute in my opinion. Even though she annoyed me a lot in SCII with her "Tricked ya!" quote, I thought she was very cute and full of spunk. And she has some of the most beautiful Chinese inspired clothing I've ever seen. I can picture her being a good friend.
-Hilde: I really like Hilde. She looks pretty and she just shows that women can be beautiful without wearing slutty/attention grabbing clothes. And plus, I think red heads are quite pretty. That's pretty much all I have to say about her.
-Tira: Despite her crazy bi-polar behavior, I think she is very cute and pretty. I'm drawn to eccentric type people so Tira naturally appealed to me. I didn't really care for her outfits in SCIV but still, she is still cute in my opinion. It's a shame that she's so crazy and evil because she'd be a fun person to hang out with lol
-Talim: I think she looks very natural. I'm not tryig to sound creepy but I think that when she gets older, she'll be a beautiful young woman. In the early SC games, I loved how they made her face look naturally ethnic. In SCIV, she looked a bit too anime in the face department but it wasn't as bad as say others... Overall, natural cute character.
-Sophitia: Now Sophitia... I really find her attractive. Like a lot. It's not her body but more of her personality that drew me in. How despite all she's been through, she still has this friendly and sweet aura. And her face looks so angelic and beautiful. And she looks great for her age lol. If I were straight, I'd totally date her lol. (Just to clarify, I know the difference between real life and fantasy lol)
-Setsuka: In SC3, she was drop dead gorgeous. Her Asian face looked so natural and unique and I loved it a lot. And her outfits were very beautiful too. In SCIV, I got turned off by her blonde hair and her somewhat unmodest outfit because I really liked her 1P outfit in SCIII where it was sexy yet somewhat modest at the same time as opposed o her SCIV look. And well, that's pretty much all I can muster to say about her...
And those are my 2 cents.
