Don't some people use pad and ''stick'' at the same time? If I remember right, it's 2 for analog, 8 for pad, etc. I'll have to see the suggestion again.

I am never going to use Summon Suffering against a human again! The person just ducked and punished me for it.

I think it was Mage who used the analog/pad technique. It didn't work for me.

How difficult is it to use CS on a pad?

I hold up on the analogue stick and tap down twice, I use both hands for it, so using my right hand I hold 8 on the stick, using my left thumb to tap down on the d-pad twice, press 4 and then 666 B+G.

Experiment with the timing, it seems like there's the faintest pause before the B+G but once you have the timing, it becomes easier.

if you want iCS just dont hold it

I'll try that suggestion and see if it works.

I just want a CS.

Do I have to use 874 or no?

Next to impossible to do on a stick, so... Yes, on D-pad. :D
Make sure your last up/down move isn't down, but up. With this method it's often the problem that people do 282824666 instead of 28284666. 874 is ok.

no i mean dont hold your dpad inputs, remember 40f is a long time, but ics is 5f inputs

On a Stick, I still get it from time to time if I throw in an extra 2, or even if I accidentally do 46466... It really depends on how fast you do it... You won't get an iCS, but you'll at least get a CS...
 
LOOOL thats not mages method
lol I've noticed that I do the input think of it like staccatto on the piano ( lol ) it comes out more often
 
The only thing I hate is when the command history is showing me doing the inputs exactly as they're supposed to be and CS still isn't happening.
I did actually manage to do it once in real battle against my friend though, so maybe it's somehow easier for me to do on his Playstation controller than on my Xbox?
