Wow, some pretty stunning CaS being entered, but I suppose I may as well enter my character too:

Velia
The idea behind this CaS was that she was born in Italy (though I'm starting to wonder if she looks more Egyptian) but she grew up in an Asian orphanage, where she practised her sword skills obsessively as an escape from her harsh reality.
She looks really cool in certain lighting, but she's nothing too special in these pictures, sorry! :P
Edit: I just noticed that Maisie used the pure rings in the same way, but I've already taken and uploaded the pictures so too late to change it now.

Also, Maisie, might I ask which face paint you used to get the freckles? I tried searching for a CaS but didn't see it because I'm blind/dumb/excitable < Delete as appropriate.

I made a pirate first now it's ninja time. I'm really fond of the base idea but didn't know how to complete the design.
Guest appearance by the original Iron CAS item!
Oh and this wasn't planned at all, I just switched to a male character because I had an audience whom I'd rather not see me fiddle with artificial female lingerie :<
Fun fact: I too have used the freckles, but subtle color + phone camera = it's gone!

You see, I forgot the Soothsayer dress existed. Because, you know, it's hard to use. I like that it works with the scarf though, is nice.

Oh crap, didn't know/forgot about Sub-Zero's scar and pupil less blue eyes >.>
Aside from using that mask for a ninja, I only noticed the similarity when adding the final touches (also he was green and cyan before that). I tried adding the Japanese dragon but it didn't fit, after adding the Chinese dragon I thought Chinese + Ninja = Sub-Zero.
Thankfully I didn't give him Siegfried's style!

Here's my submission. General Greedar
Very clever, the zipper sticker on the arm warmer, that is an ingenuous use of sticker and perfecly sized/positioned.
Same goes for the legs, and feet build.
But you need to work on the color scheme for the armor, yellowish looks off, there are much better color arrangements or gradients, that would benefit your CAS overall look and feel.

Two beings representing the sun and the moon.
That's supposed to be the sun in her stomach area by the way.
The Chinese character on her necklace thingy means "fire".
Umbra has a crescent moon on his stomach area.
His Chinese character means "moon".
OMG! This is the face Patroklos pulls on his win quote "at last, you understand how weak you are!"

I've been making comic book style super villains recently, so that's pretty much what Bila and Umbra are. Their superpower allows them to change the setting between daytime and night-time. During the day, Bila becomes significantly more powerful, while at night, Umbra's fighting abilities become the dominant force in their tag-team fighting style.

So I take it voting has started.
Damn, this is tough.
I like the general look of Noregrets' female entry, especially the detail on the face, and the second entry is a brilliant use of fur.
I think Samaras_Madness used the arm warmers the way they probably should be used, and I love her quirky hat!
Witch Hilde has some nice patterns, especially the gradient, but it's not my favourite use of the arm warmers.
I don't know why Matty's entry isn't as stunning as some of his previous stuff, but it has a really innovative use of stickers. Maybe she could do with a different colour scheme, but the outfit itself is incredible!
I really like MistaKoo's snake-bomb girl, it does that thing that I always look for in a CaS - the outfit speaks more loudly than a bio ever could. And the arm warmers blend in really nicely. Also, the pink material connecting the shoulder pad was a nice way of disguising the bottle gourd ;)
Love the second entry too. Love how you made the arm warmers look nothing like arm warmers!
Maisie's entries are pretty awesome too, a brilliant use of stickers and patterns. I like freckles and I like hats, so I love Eve!

I think FreeMeal's General probably uses the arm warmers the best - they really look like they should be there when they probably shouldn't! I love the outfit, though I'm wondering if the colour scheme is putting me off a bit, not sure why.

My vote goes to Vilarcane. It was a good effort in using the arm warmers that was not obvious (like mine admittedly was), and yet still felt coheasive with the character (in some entries they looked a little out of place). Still, hats off to everyone for a solid run (^_^)

My vote would go to HolyCarp for this one for Bila because not only do Bila's Arm Warmers have cool flame patterns, but the whole schematic works wonderfully. I also love that you're using the chinese character for what it actually means (I definitely wouldn't have bothered to look up the meaning of each symbol). It just looks amazing and captures the essence of the sun really well (And without actually using the sticker that has the sun on it)

Runner ups: Maisie for her Celia, amazing (best) stickering job of the item but I'm not really fond of the rest as a whole. HolyCarp for his twins, very good concept but not very related to the item.

I wanted to make a third entry using the hat for lacy warmers, but I just didn't have time:
It looks better in a smaller size without the ribbon but I was experimenting. This should probably work with other gloves, boots and stockings (note it in your thread Le Bello?).
I made the following one in time but it's too plain and ordinary for me, didn't want to submit something I'm not completely sure of:
Unrelated but some headgears make the afro look not so bad.
