Issues with replays quitting the game

Okay, I have no idea how or why this is happening, but I can't seem to be able to load replay data. I can go online and fight in the lobbies just fine (I can even upload replays), but whenever I go into replay mode, the screen turns black and I'm back on the PS3 xmb. It even goes as far as to quit while a replay was starting. I found out that a handful of people experienced this too. What's going on?

I think I might've solved the issue. I did a few things, such as deleting all my saved replays/other player replays, pull up the in-game xmb when exiting replay mode, and imported a replay to the HDD. I have no idea what caused the game to crash with this mode or what fixed the glitch, but I think importing one of my replays might've done something. Either way, the replay mode hasn't caused the game to crash anymore. That's one less problem to worry about :)

I had this issue on xbox where going in the replays screen would freeze the console. To solve the issue, I needed to download random replays from random players to overwrite two replays that were from tournament matches.
