Unless it will kill and its the last round... but sometimes I burn all my meter on 1B BE's post launch just for the demoralizing factor... but yeah, normally I'd agree its not worth the meter...

Yes, this combo would have its damage scaled down so hard with the amount of hits it would have in it; it would be better to save your meter.
 
66B BE CH scales ridiculously hard, so I would never waste meter after it.

Another note,

2A+B CH > 6B8 BE does more damage than 2A+B CH > 1B BE > 6B8 iirc
2A+B CH > 1B BE x3 > 6B8 BE does LESS damage than 2A+B CH > 1B BEx4 > 6B8

2A+B CH > 1B BEx4 > 6B8 and FC 1B > G > 1B BEx4 > 6B8 do at least half life so they are sometimes necessary
