Ivy Frame Data & Soul Damage Data

Even other jump moves? Interesting...

Having an i17 9gB is strong. Which means on +1, this move is dangerous to a lot of i17 moves out there and even on trade with their i16 Ivy gets wakeup advantage. :P This move combined with mediocre frames like +1 and +2 makes it strong!

Her WP pokes combined with this move will make her strong. :)
I.e:
WP 2A on tip
WP 2B, WP FC 2B.
 
Just yesterday Jaxel transferred the old wiki to the 8wayrun's new wiki. I asked him to change the format so it matches our data sheets like Ivyfanboy's. Credits to Jaxel for the time spent on doing so LOL. I couldnt imagine reading all the stances bunched into single horizontal, vertical, kick categories.

Can I get some of you to work on the SC4 Ivy frame wiki? That thing is a mess and unfinished. I'll proofread it as usual. I'm working to make these things uniform. Also, I made her BD wiki a while ago (along with all the others except Kratos, Dampy, Sophi, and Zas) but just added her As' data today. She actually gets frames!
 
Whats left to do in the wiki are the command name, some kick and 8wayrun parts. I thought separating each attribute into a stance would make it look more neat but it still looks so bulky. The coil and whip kicks section should be identical. I took a break after entering those numbers and even wondered if beginners find it easier to read on that or should stick to the spreadsheet Ivyfanboy made a while go which hasnt been updated.

It would be wise to complete the SC4 Ivy wiki, then use that for BD to change the framedata and move properties unless anyone think of a good reason to change the format ask jaxel.
 
Hey Davo, you still around here? I remember talking with Malek about CL/WP 8kB and neither of us had any success with punishing -13 moves with it... how about you? For example, Amy's 66A+B, I wasn't able to punish it even once whereas SW 8B+K,K and 6B9K work always.

It's listed as i13 but I'm not so sure about that. Maybe the fastest possible input threoretically would work, but the best we can do is i14 and no one has confirmed this move as i13 so far.

thats -12 i believe so that may be a why
 
Nope, Amy's 66A+B is -13. It can be punished with K (i13) and SW 8B+K,K/6B9K (i13) but not 8kB. I think we loose frames when doing it, that's why it doesn't work on -13 moves.
 
Cant do Amy's 66A+B. Its actually hard enough to punish something with 8kB that is -14 and with blockstun, let alone -13. :/

We all know that SW 2A+K and SW 22K have diff properties, such that is the former is -15 and the other is -18.

Since it also super TC against a lot of horizontals, I tried to look for its TC startup window and it seems SW 2A+K starts much earlier than SW 22K. Tested with Mitsu's 4K and bA. I buffered 22K as early as I could but just cannot produce the same result as SW 2A+K. Ppl know this?
 
I think no matter how fast you buffer 22_88K on hitstun that leaves you at disadvantage, she will do a small step after you hit the first 2 or 8 and the move comes up a little slower than 2A+K.

I tried that with Mitsu, recorded BB->bA and I kept getting hit by bA when doing 22K but not 2A+K.
 
With the fastest shake possible:

CH SW 1A is +14 in BD. In SC4 it's +16, CL 1B,B+K always connects and SW 1A, CL1B,B+K, SW 214K is a 60dmg combo
 
Its not +16, shake faster... Unless the CL transition increases the SHK by 2 frames its +14 cause I can shake n block both 2K and SW BB both i15... Also, CL 1B is i17 from what I understand, so I'll post the data now (it will be seprated into multiple posts so don't ban me for the 8-times double post auto-merge crap)... I don't want my computer freezing halfway through...

Can you really shake CH SW 1A and block SW BB? That's strange, because no one else was able to even block i16 moves. That's why we thought it's +16. CL 1B,B+K seems to be a scripted combo or something because other i17 moves can be blocked with 100% consistency while this one always combos.
 
Well Crimson (DIMAK) showed me a similar glitch involving Voldo's LFH B+K, on the 2-player side at close range, LFH B on grd into LFH B+K is unblockable for some reason... But in the same scenario following with another LFH B prooves that it's still +12 clashing with 2K's & etc... Perhaps it works the same way with this Shake Stun combo??? SC4 works in mysterious ways...
