I gave you $50 more because you're my friend, so we could make it to Red Robin, and because I didn't want your last Koga memory to be debilitating rape. NEC is around the corner my friend, and we all gotta stay sharp. If you are still unsatisfied, just repeat the winner's finals in your head and pretend it's GF.

So, motherfuckers, the end of the Jaxel-run Kogarasumaru has come.
I would like to thank each of you for making it out time and again, or every once in awhile, or even whenever you could. You guys are what makes the SC4 community different from every other community. It's unbelievable the amount of camaraderie found in the community as a whole.

At one point I thought we had this at the expense of hype, but Evo showed that all we lacked was motivation. Inside each and every one of us has that small spark of hype waiting to be born.

So fear not, bitches. Though one era has died, a new one shall begin. Kogarasumaru doesn't give up, nor does it surrender to Jaxel's mom. We will find you all a new venue. Count on it.

Now that I am starting to remember shit, I'll try to do some shoutouts.

Shoutout again to everyone who came to the last Koga. I wish I was more hype for this event. I should have took a few shots to get me loose. Oh well.

Shoutout to Serge for giving me a piece of that Twix ice cream bar and for playing me in casuals. All this time and I have never played you before. Philly & NY need to play more. If I was a chick, I would have sucked yo dick for that Klondike bar. Them joints is top tier. That cat was weirding me out at 8 in the morning. Big E & Hubbs are doing monthlies in Philly now, I think it would be good to include SC4. Give it a peep.

As for me, I need to stop sucking at this game. In time. Whoever is coming to NEC, I will see you guys there. I know I am not going to win because I am getting my drank on. It should be good times.

lol NEC was the only time I ever got drunk enough to get sick. Consequently, I went 0-2 in Calibur. But if you wait till after the tourney to drink, the first round of liquor is already gone, and possibly even the second round too. Hmm...........
 
Jaxel thanks for hosting as always, the tournies were mad fun and somehow through all of this we still enjoy each others company. No homo. Except DK cause that's his god given right to do as he pleases.

Y'all know what I'm gonna say, good games and I'm glad to see everyone just get better each time I play them, you know who you are.

First and foremost, Special thanks to Jaxel for being such a good host, and his mom for putting up with everyone month in and month out during these gatherings. Even though this was my first SC game taken seriously, there are more than enough memories for me at the Jaxel-Dome.

With that said, I might as well do a few shoutouts of my own.

Jian - Thank you for accepting my first round challenge, because in all honesty I wasn't sure anyone even gave a damn. You beat me pretty bad, but that only gives me incentive to do better next time. (Though in casuals I did far better...) It's only a matter of time before I can take my successes in casuals and make it happen in tourneys. You've become quite the obstacle for the philly crew. So I'll definitely have to fix that.

Team Murder and Cheesesteaks - It seemed like it was destiny for me to face all of you guys back-to-back. I would've felt bad having to take you all out one-by-one. But then, if I had I would've gotten my rematch with Jian. Oh well, it is what it is.

Larry - you've improved a lot. I mean, I have to revamp my entire game against you now since you've changed your gameplan. You've finally avenged the 2 losses to me in tournament.

Doug - thanks for the ride. Our match had some scary moments in it, but somehow I managed to pull it off. I'm sure you'll be back to your winning ways soon enough though.

Anthony - ggs. You actually have a halfway decent Voldo there, and it was fun trying out my Apprentice against him till I saw how crappy his range was on his kicks, heh. Anyway, even though your retired from tourneys, it'll still be fun having you around for casuals and commentary.

Suirad - great having you come to NJ again. Now you've given me another problem to fix when fighting against Astaroth.

KDZ - GGs to you too. I think that's the first time I've played your Cassandra since I've met you. You are right though that I tend to second guess myself during tournament. I'll have to overcome that. And yes, I really wish I had gotten Seesaw during my tourney matches. Talim ROs for life.

Bibulus - And now I'm 0-3 against you in tournament, haha. Needless to say, this must be corrected. Don't know how or when, but someday. Maybe once I've found out how to play in tourneys like I do in casuals.

Rigel - GGs again. That's twice now I've lost fairly badly to you, though for some reason neither of us could land throws. At least I can be proud of that accomplishment. I'll just take it one step at a time.


Everyone else, good times as usual. Hell, we even had a Mario bros. and MvC2 session. The Jaxel-Dome atmosphere will be missed, but the community lives on. Hope to see you all at NEC.
 
Oh My God - I went to Jersey and nothing terrible happened (except I lost my hat and went 0-2 for the first time in a tournament ever...twice...on second thought, Jersey still blows ass). Shout-outs:

Jer - Trash as always! No Econo Lodge + No car repairs = successful trip, though, I would say.

Jian, Sporko - If you are gonna continue with these pantsless shenanigans, well, I guess I have nothing to say with that but good luck - a cucumber down the pants never hurt anybody.

Notre Dame Football - Way to lose to UConn...trashier than Jer (hard to do).

Little Nog - Punch him in the face, son! Good job.

Dunkin Donuts - Next time, give me a better deal...Kanu would have (but he got his ass deported).

Sushi Palace - Tournament MVP, a tasty meal, not bad for my first sushi experience.

Last and relatively least, Jaxel, we've had some (good?) times and I'm sure they will continue as long as you continue to steal my money for the website. Keep up the work for the community, and I'll keep hating you in relative silence.
