Most Esteemed One-Shot Contest Thread.

Easy one for me. I vote Chobek.

I was a fan of Gatsu's and Quinion's entires (KrimsonKasper deserves a mention too), they all had a really nice sense of finesse, but Chobek gets my vote simply for the way the characters are just so believable. I always appreciate when a couple of pictures can tell such a deep story, and Chobek really achieved this. Also, I never see realistic characters done so well and made to be so believable, I think that's why your entries stand out so much this time. And that photo collage is just the sweetest thing, especially with the attention to detail on modern photos being in colour.

chobek and Gatsu need to be banned because the CAS moderator says they're broke. Joking aside, I'm goona have a hard time voting between an awesome Viking and a lovely couple.
 
I vote for KrimsonKasper's Beatrix, as I feel that the character and her design are the most thought out of them all.
Great job to Gatsu and Chobek as well, for the presentation and design.

I want to give the vote to Gatsu, I however enjoyed his first creation more then his viking. Either way, +1 Gatsu. Everyone else was fun to see what they had; cool stuff and good ideas in here.

I enjoyed this contest though, i'll try to get in on the next one as well.
 
Lots of good ideas this round, but my vote goes to KrimsonKasper. Both designs are very solid. They could benefit from a bit more color variation and the first design could benefit from equipment that takes space along the hips, but the effects on the face, the hole in the armor, and the shoulder constructions all make the designs interesting. I especially like the wood grain effect on the shields. Good work.
 
My vote goes towards....KrimsonKasper.

The two runner-ups. Gatsu and chobek.

Why Gatsu didn't win? Because he always wins trolololololol. Just kidding. There was nothing wrong with his awesome CAS, it's just I preferred chobek's this time around.

Why didn't chobek win? chobek's CAS told a sweet and warm story with believable looks. One that could make me vote for her. However, I decided to pick KrimsonKasper.

Why does KrimisonKasper win? When I remove the bias goggles and insert boring neutral goggles towards chobek and Gatsu, they're all about evenly matched. However, KrimsonKasper brought something grotesque yet captivating. I'm not one for those type of themes, but when pulled off you get my interest. It was also something new as the face detail and such was pulled off nicely. The armor detail itself felt okay, but that's a minor as anyone can wear armor and look good.

Other mentions go to rdmunhoz, VILARCANE, and others. VILARCANE's in particular did make me want to pluck my eyes out, yet that's how VILARCANE is. A bit blatant yet intriguing. Everyone did a good job. I await next theme.

Everyone did a great job, I think I'll have to give my vote to KrimsonKasper because.... holy shit!

Which was my reaction to seeing the CAS. I mean that in the most flattering way possible lol one of my favorite CAS I've seen, very innovated use of the system.

I'm debating whether or not to thank you. The first picture made me sad and scared me a little... but then the cookie was DELICIOUS! And everything was alright again.

Yourself if you were transposing your personality into a CAS, create, post and reveal the hidden secrets of your ego and alter ego...
