Most powerful formula

Hello everyone,

I was looking for the most powerful CAS formulas on Soulcalibur IV. I've seen some people have characters with 200% HP, good defense and good attack even with some competences, but I can't figure out what were their formula. Can anyone give me some tips about that? I hope you don't mind.

The "special" part of SC4, no one really got into on this site at all. I dont know that you will find someone that palyed that stuff.

Besides, SC5 is out man. Go get that shit already
 
Actually this part really annoys me. It is quite amusing to create characters from other franchises but all the stuff with special skill is terrible (IMO). But I thought that some of you tried it seriously and know what are the good formulas. Also, I should receive SC5 in a week or so. That's why I'm still stuck with the previous installment.
