Awesome art work. I love the visual details you did with the characters and their outfits. That's a challenging thing to accomplish. I often struggle in finding visual references to source materials on characters when drawing them. XD I feel you on the challenge of finding time to draw. I wish motivation would work like a light switch that we could simply turn on, but it seems to be available on it's own. What helped me a bit personally was a method that I call, "incremental Momentum". When you get an idea of what you want to draw, write a note on it, or a quick sketch, with notes for planning. In those moments where you may not have time to work on it, draw bits of the image, like a sketch drawing one moment, then the next time you have a free moment, add a detail or two, then get back to it later, and the next time, add a little more, when you have a chance. The motivation may not be available, but what you are doing is creating momentum, while adding increments of things here and there. Adding color to the hair, then when you get back to it again, color the eyes and face. Eventually, you will have less and less time to complete it, because all the increments of details had already been added over the course of time. It's probably hard for me to explain, but it's a method that helps with getting the art work done, inspite of the lack of motivation. When the modivation finally comes, then you can take advantage of that moment to accelorate and get as much done as you can. And when it dwindles and wine down, then you simply just add little increments. The important thing is that you don't stop the process. Hope that helps. It helped me a great deal personally. I'm generally a very slow artist, and using "Incremental Momentum" is how I learned to improvise. As an artist, you just need to find a creative way to make it happen somehow. I know, easier said than done. Real life situations can indeed be very demanding of our time and energy. I feel you. But there is a way to combat it. I'm still learning to figure things out as I go. I hope this helps you. Motivation is hard to come by, but keep that passion alive inside of you, even if you have to fight for it somehow. You got this, fellow warrior. ^^

Or even possible room mates. XD Awesome work. :)
