With 4 being the last entry into the Solid series this could mean the start of a new franchise as Metal Gear itself is just a name for the walking nuclear missile launching platform. Who knows maybe this will mark the beginning of the explots of Solid Sunny.

Egg preperation would be perfect for the wii version. Make it a cooking mama like minigame where you have wii mote waggle QTEs and if you screw up Otacon gets really mad and flames appear in his eyes. I'd SO buy that game.
 
All the non-360 theories are legitimate, but beaten by the green color. There would be no reason for this color scheme heavily reminiscent of the Elite or even the New Xbox Experience if it wasn't a 360 project. Is it MGS4? Don't know. Perhaps it's just the Metal Gear Online portion of MGS4, which would be the thing to most appeal to the 360 and western crowd.

To me...

i = (Metal Gear Online)
! = (the shock of the 360 version)
(!) = is the combination of the 360 power button and an exclamation point.
 
i'm gonna rage hardcore if its comming to 360. I just bought a ps3 for mgs among other things.
 
I know what you mean. MGS4 is one of the few big exclusive titles which give people a reason to purchase a PS3. I know quite a few people who just waited for the MGS4 PS3 bundle before actually deciding to buy a PS3. I really don't think it will be MGS4, but I certainly wouldn't be surprised if it is a new MGS game for the 360.

A friend of mine brought up an interesting point recently that I didn't even consider. That last icon in the image actually resembles the power button on my tower for my PC. So, could this also mean that we may see Metal Gear on the PC again?

Something to think about anyway.
 
thats an 1/0 symbol (1 meaning on 0 meaning off) and its EXTREMELY common in electronics. if thats a hint for a pc release thats a very general way to go about it.

but i wouldn't be surprised, every MGS except 3 went to pc eventually.

I truthfully am prepared for any console announcement other than maybe an iphone one, lol.

I just want to be able to play a new metal gear. I don't care what console it's on.
