Hermes, who's trickery defiled and angered both Zeus and Hades to the point that both Gods past judgement on her. Leaving her with a Halo and Demon Horns, as both humiliation and as a sign of her allegiance to no one, never to be trusted.

It is said her beautiful gaze, enticed both Zeus and Hermes to do her bidding. For that he eyes were also taken from her so that she could never use them in treachery ever again.

Both Zeus and Hades is said to each have an eye.

i was gonna say the same thing. don't know why people come in an "original" thread and post an unoriginal character. it's like on SC5, there's a room called "Mics only" and people without mics still join. it's not that they can't read because they have the gull to type something in the chat area.

To be fair, a couple of these are still pretty unoriginal. However, I am one to let certain things slide. As long as they are interesting xD.
 
Hermes had a makeover. It always takes a day for a character to settle in for me. Not that great of one, but I like her nonetheless. =)

These are my CaS's so far. Right now I'm at a bit of a creative block, the first 3 are all Raphael CaS's since that is my Primary Main. The last two are Patroklos and Pyrrha Omega CaS's, I had all 50 slots filled in SCIV but only 10 so far in this game. Grrr I wish they would add more of the SCIV equipment as DLC. And I haven't gotten use to the stickers and patterns yet, so forgive me for how bland the designs may look. Anyway, Enjoy. ^_^

Brilliant cas. So imaginative and right up my alley. I love these.
 
okay so i've been trying to get a manga started. been having the base idea in my head for a while and i thought, "hey! why not have my creative peeps help out and participate." i don't mind. it goes with the idea that i had earlier for that Arachnid Academy clan. the story would be between two schools that secretly have been at war for a long time. the Darkrose Academy and Arachnid Academy. They are both overseen by two kingdoms from the Moonlight Series that have conflict for 3 years. this takes place after No tomorrow which would place this in the year 3003. don't worry though. picture it as ghost in the shell. there aren't flying cars and the Jetson's type planet. it still looks very modern. the big change is technology. there are cyborgs, androids, advanced computers, and stuff like that.

i'll explain all that if people agree to come aboard. so basically, two schools. one versus the other. one bad, one good. futuristic/modern fantasy. swords and melee weapons used as well as guns and other long ranged weapons. i'll explain why. the age can be anywhere from a middle school age to a middle aged person. (teachers, etc) but the main focus will be on the students. you can choose which school to be apart of. i'll give details on each one later.
if there are any other questions let me know and i'll try to answer them the best i can.

also if i could get some help on this that would be greatly appreciated too.

my people here http://8wayrun.com/threads/originality.8372/page-32 can give you an idea for what the Arachnid Academy uniform looks like. if this were to kick off i would of course make my own thread for it instead of cluttering this one.

EDIT: i need to make it clear that i need help in a sense of ideas, plot, settings, characters, and stuff like that. if you can help me with shading or something then that will ease a burden off my back but it isn't needed. sorry if i wasn't clear.

Yup, most of the time when making modern looking chars in SC games, they either end up looking like a school-girl or a guy in a suit or a too well dressed guy like William Arric D’Etat Velaruesse from Oppo. There are exceptions of course but those are rare to see.

i much rather see that then those hideous characters of horses and weirdly colored people with wangs hanging out or a rainbow colored knight. if a person is well done period then i like it. but it's harder to get a good looking modern person done then it is to do a knight or samurai. those have so little room for creativity most of the time. and if a person can get a school girl done then i would congratulate them considering there are no obvious clothes for a school girl except for that skirt. everything else has to com from the imagination and thought about. it did for me. in SC4 it was a no-brainer. in SC5 it's like "does that look like a school uniform? no-no. that's not right. let me try this." at least that's how it is for me.

P.S. and the little hat in the accessories; i've only seen it used right once besides myself online since i got this game. everyone else thinks its a small top hat.

Agreed on the first 4 sentences, but that's why the "school-girls" end up looking alike thus generic imo.
You have: the skirt, socks, shoes, tie, head accesories like bows and hair things, patterns and stickers to make it look like school-girl outfits, the only thing missing is the vest/shirt @_@. But i've never tried to make a school-girl CaS so it might be more difficult than i might think, i think i'll have a go at one after i redesign my Xero.

Ok? So how is the top hat supposed to be used than? To me it looks like it should go on your CaS' head seeing how it's....a hat lol But really i am curious, how do you (and by you im reffering to you, Vincent) use it than?
