22_88A[A] - 5
[A+B] (full charge) - 6
B+K - 6
8B+K - 6
A+B - 8
3B - 9
4B - 9
22_88B - 9
33_99B - 10
44B - 10
11_77B - 11
1B - 12
66B - 12

I really like B+K, but that's probably because I haven't been punished for it yet.

When you hit the guard burst, the combo you need to land is 6BBB, 66B+K, 236K. If you are too far away to hit 6BBB, 66B will do just fine.
 
You can 3B (hit), and then B+K.

If they lay there, backroll or sideroll right, they get hit for 55 damage.
If they crouch guard, they get hit for 49.
If they stand guard, they eat gauge damage. They can't ukemi.

Escape only by siderolling left. Pretty sweet.
 
Here's a Guard Burst list with just the "safe" moves. (No 22_88A[A], that'll get you killed.)

[A+B] - 6 (risky)
A+B - 8 (risky)
4B - 9 (high)
22_88K - 9 (high)
33_99B - 10 (-12, not bad. a little slow)
44B - 10 (I think I will use this on wakeup more often.)
1B - 12
66B - 12
66_33_99A+B - 12 (-11, wouldn't personally recommend)
6K - 13 (high, but relatively fast for the guard damage it does. sneak it in? very short range though)
2B+K - 13
6A - 15 (high)
4A - 15 (not bad. mix up with 44A?)
Jump B - 15
Jump K - 15

Takes a while longer, but the tradeoff is that you don't get sword in your gut.
