I'm curious to know why when I do 3B(Hold) ~ PREP B bA+B+K, they can block after a few hits, But when I do 4B(Hold)~ PREP B bA+B+K, they can't block. Why is it like that? Is it hit stun? Block stun? It doesn't really matter, I'm just curious.

Its simple.

Prep BB B+K is a counter hit (CH) specific combo. That means, if the opponent tries to interrupt you after 3(B), the whole prep string is guaranteed.

4(B) is unique, in that it adds a stun on NH which basically turns NH into CH. Therefore, any CH string will work in NH. This is generally universal, except that you cannot have the same 2 stuns in the chain.
