I do not see why Namco said Patroklus will play like Sophi. His moves will look too girly if it's similar, wtf.

6K and 1K come to mind...and the vagina 66A+G....and the BT ass attack.

I hope Pyrrha has all of the ass combos. Speaking of ass, since Cass is out I wonder who will have the best ass...
 
I don't think Pat or Pyrrha will have same movesets from Sophie and Cassie.

If he is really working hard on frames, animations and balancing like he said, I don't think those two will have the same moves from Sophe and Cassie. There will be probably similarities but they will have their own unique movesets.

If that 20 something is hot and that ass is fantastic then creepy isn't the word that springs to my mind. I guess this news is okay. I'm just a little sorry for Cass as a character. What? She somehow wound up a spinster? I find that a little hard to believe. Come on Namco, how you gonna tell me Cassie couldn't get a man?
 
Namco Bandai already stated that Patroklos will play like Sophie. Specifically they said:

"The main character is Patroklos, son of Sophitia. Patroklos is "inspired" by the gameplay of Sophitia, but is "sharper" and "more agile". He has new moves, but they're all inspired by Sophitia's."

But I wouldn't worry about girly moves, they aren't going to just copy and paste Sophie's moves from SCIV.
 
From what I've heard, Pyrrha will be wielding a spear and shield, unlike her brother, aunt, and mother.:D

interesting! that does make the fact that she's dropped her sword seem like a bit of foreshadowing, moving away a little from her families usual weapon of choice
 
Well this is not shocking news, I mean they already had her brother so one could have automatically assumed she would be put in. I guess this confirms Sophie and Cassie's departure. I assume that they will be revealing the main antagonist soon since they got the main protagonists out of the way. It'll be interesting to see how they differeniate Sophie/Cassie from the Pyrrha and Patroklos (I think that's how you spell it) style wise. I still say this game is going to feel a lot like God of War for some reason (just look at Soul Edge and Soul Calibur designs).
 
Is it just me, or does the concept art revealed on SoulCalibur.com start off fully illustrated and then get less detailed over time? It seems counter-intuitive that this would be the case, but it indeed seems to be what's happening.

I did that. It still goes backward for me. I must be missing something. I wonder, since the image reveal is tied to my Facebook account, does it react to my individual level of activity on the SC facebook page, rather than the whole community's? So the more active I am on the facebook page, the more of the image I see, versus the more everyone is active on the page, the more everyone sees. hmmm. Time for an experiment.

You think wrongly. Famitsu already revealed the game is just 10% complete.

About Pyrrha and Patroklos... I really wish one of the siblings is possessed by a shard of SoulEdge or something like that and is up to the other to try to help him/her.
 
I think all the characters they kick out should be out there for DLC, Including SC1,2 and 3 Characters. Even if they are clonish.. People still really liked them ,:3
