Pyrrha will be in SCV

Most depressing character of all time? You have clearly never read a Russian novel.

I think there's a difference between a Russian novel being depressing and the characters themselves being depressing. I find the fact that Pyrrha is so troubled by such trivial issues (relatively) to be quite depressing.

At least Russian characters have very serious problems to worry about.

And how do you know that she enjoys the pain? Have you ever seen her smile when she inflicts/recieves pain? Don't be so quick to deamonize her. Her "sick twisted nature" is probably nothing less than out of her control. I agree that she might not be able to control herself when she fights. But it's most likely not the way you view it. It's not like: "Oooo a fight! I'm gonna tear them to peices!" because that's Tiras mindset. Pyrrha's mind to probably like: "Oh no! Someone's trying to hurt me or is intimidating me! I don't know what to do!" then probably shuts down and something intervenes. A force that literally forces her to fight and finish it before she can leave. That's why she cries when she wins. She dosen't understand herself as to why she even fought, feels guilty, and then runs away.
Everyone takes what they see on the surface for what it is. Her headaches could be from her surpressing her murderous urges or some other crazy plot twist. Until i get the concrete story thats what im going with.

Raskolnikov will be a Guest Character. Daishi just tweeted this!
Who will wield an axe, naturally! Why he wants soul edge is only obvious. He's a perfect fit!

I meant the characters. Lev Nikolayevich Myshkin for instance wouldn't have much of anything in the world to worry about. He's a nice guy, he's inherited a small fortune, he has family and friends who love him and he's engaged to a beautiful girl. The problem is he worries about other people's well being so much it destroys him. Very painful to watch. I was depressed for days afterwards.

I do like your twist on it a bit though. We can all think what we want for now, that's the fun of it! =P Either way, we'll find out. I'm soooo glad I joined this site.

Heh, I guess I'd know more Russian characters if the books weren't so long. Just finished the Brothers Karamazov, so I think I'll take a breather for now.

I've always found the Russians to be depressing for the social conditions that they struggled against rather than their personalities themselves. Sure you have real tragic characters like Ivan and Raskolnikov for whom the struggle really is internal, but not exactly depressing.

She looks fun, albeit more like Sophie than Cass. Maybe its because I'm watching and not analyzing gameplay, but her moves seem to have a lot of expression than those of Cass in previous games (more gestures or something), so its just fun to watch. I hate her voice script though.
Exactly! I love the moveset because of her expression. I hate how they only focus on the japanese voice actors and then give the american ones to anybody. I mean, we're sorta their cash crop. Sooooooo why not make the english ones better? Although I'm being quite a hypocrite because as annoying as they can be sometimes I can't help loving the english ones too. Maybe because they're speaking english? Because if it were the same voices in another language then I'd probably shoot them. One other thing, they should have a third voice actor for each of the characters that speak their native language! Like Talim speaking Tagolog, Raphael speaking French, and Sophitia speaking ancient greek.

Pyrrha is so random scared. And she has that "forgive me" desease that reminded me of SC4 Sieg. But Pyrrha is worse... She constantly says "forgive me, it must hurt, I'm sorry... blah blah blah"...

That's why I like her. C'mon, everyone else has that "I'll definitely kick your ass and enjoy it" attitude, change is nice. Also when you ring her out she yells "Sorryyyyy...!" while falling. How could you not love her?

Imho, she's a tragic heroine...that needs lots and lots of hugs from me. Then again, she could kick my ass lol.

After she kicks your ass at least she'll give you those hugs...or run away crying.

stances add mixup opportunity. That and they can be pretty attractive visually. Sophitia had Tas and as but it would be nice to see a stance you can actually walk in like ivys 214B stance or one of SF's
You mean an unsafe stance that you can inch forward and back and side to side in? Yuck.

I think I have this part of the plot figured out from what Ive heard and seen. Im guessing that she is going to be under some sort of Mind control the forces her to fight against her will. She doesnt want to fight but since shes being controlled she has no choice and its killing her. If this is correct then shes got the best plot so far.
