So, Psylocide Craig™ is working out huge for me.

I have lost another 1.5 lbs, making my 4 week total 8.5 lbs.

Since I started training again (7 weeks) I have lost 13 lbs and GREATLY reduced my body fat %, thanks to the light intensity cardio training my broken rib forced me into.

Next week I start bulking and WEIGHTS!

Finally, the treadmill will be an afterthought.

What was your weight loss plan?

First off, I got my diet in order. I used a BMR calculator to see how many calories I needed a day, and cut that by 500.

Then I did what I call, "The Gayest Broken Rib Workout Ever."

Treadmill
Workout Time: 60 mins continuous

6.0 incline, 3.5 speed 10 mins
0.0 incline, 6.5 speed 5 mins

6.0 incline, 3.5 speed 10 mins
0.0 incline, 6.5 speed 5 mins

6.0 incline, 3.5 speed 10 mins
0.0 incline, 6.5 speed 5 mins

6.0 incline, 3.5 speed 5 mins
0.0 incline, 6.5 speed 5 mins
0.0 incline, 3.5 speed 5 mins

Do that 4 times a week, rinse and repeat for 6 weeks.

interestingly enough, several people have replied with the number 3... because you see, they're hotdogs... so you need two hot dogs to form the mouth, and one hot dog to give the two something to chew.

but is that the right answer? survey says...........
