Eh. I like SCIV Raph much better personally. However, I seem to do all right with this Raph. I use my 66B as a mix-up option honestly. If it hits, I hit A+B for a ground stab, then I usee 44B to punish wake-up if they aren't rolling. If my 66B doesn't strike, I fly into preparation using A.B(H) which can punish counters and follow up with BB(H), if it hits, I persist with the latter. If it doesn't, I use Shadow Evade into K for a low mix-up, follow up with 77BB. Use 44B to punish wake-up. Rinse and repeat...sometimes. This strategy is strong against people who have problems side-stepping. My strategy for steppers is a bit more haphazard.
