really like this one, just few things that can improve it ever more (in my opinion)
-dat beard still need (very little) adjustment... you need to show a little bit of chin under the inferior lips to avoid the fake Santa Claus effect.
I don't have english as language but i believe the setting is forward-backward... ok, if so 1 or 2 backward (or down) may to the job.
If not, play with vertical inclination or deep to find the right setting... different face, but the effect i mean is something like that (usually i avoid post my shit around,but i need for the example)
- the beard (and hair,but beard more) colour feel a lil bit fake, too "green".... is a 10? Maybe a 9 or 8 will give you a more natural colour
-when you do an underwear shirt with a sticker on the skin is better use one with some shader effect on it, best ones the gray and the blue pocket stickers... they have a special effect on the edge that make all look more legit
-there is an awesome trick to make fur(raccon tails on the shoulders), try the red/purple leather pattern then push to maximum size... i don't remember the number but is on the page of animal skins.
The effect you get is this (boots and back head)
-the red details on the shoulder pads feel strange, but i don't know wich was your intention, maybe you have a reason for it
