Balance aside, I thought it'd be useful to match up the recommended "Create-a-Soul" heights per style with the actual heights of the characters.

*supposedly the author of "The Witcher" series, Andrzej Sapkowski, has suggested a height of around 6 ft., but I haven't found confirmation.
 
Sure, but I thought it'd be useful to list 'em all together (especially since some of the "Slightly Tall" characters are taller than some of the "Tall" characters).

Similarly, many of the custom characters I made have predetermined heights so for those who care about such things I figured it'd help to determine an appropriate "SoulCalibur Height" — i.e., Den Blüdsoul, 5 ft. 4 in., Average; Morgan Powys, 5 ft. 8 in., Slightly Tall; Karen 'Akamu, 5 ft. 11. in, Tall; Ariel Le'ammas, 5 ft. 2 in., Slightly Short; Quintessa, 5 ft. 5 in., Average (I also found it amusing that none of the main characters are "Slightly Short").
 
But your list shows a legit rule for SC height canon-> ingame does'nt exist

See Characters with height4 being canon taller than some characters in height 5, like Groh/Raph (4) > Maxi/Nightmare (5)

Will not lose the sleep over that tbh, golden rule to me is just take a standard cast char (Mitsurugi) and chose how tall/built i want my cas to be next to him

Ironically capcom use similar way designing street fighters proportions, with Ryu being the "neutral start"
