Okay, I have trouble coming up with ideas for these things, so I'm taking a similar approach to Gatsu.

Make a character that was revealed at this year's evo:

You got Raiden's new design in MKX
You got Maya's new design in Killer Instinct

and because it was today, clearly set in consistence with evo:
You can do from Smash bros 4:
Robin (male or female)
Lucina
Captain Falcon

If I missed anyone please tell. I can fish for pics of these guys if you need them.
 
Here's my attempt for Robin. He's much harder to make than I expected. Maybe one of you guys can find a better way to make Robin.

It's pretty close, but I'll give my vote to Donutman's Robin. The patterns and stickers on both Donutman's and Austin's designs do a very good job of adding interesting detail. I especially like Austin's usage of the buttoned pocket sticker to create boots, but a few features on Donutman's design were just done a little better. The ornate pattern on the pants just looks great. I'm also a fan of the use of the Xiaoyu bracers on Donutman's design, especially over the plain cylinders on Austin's. The book is also a pretty good construction and helps present more of the original's character and background.
