If you register your PSN ID (your e-mail and password should be the same as the ones you use to sign in)
You can now see your trophies online, it shows you how to get them, and it tells you when you unlocked a trophy.

What is the point of trophies/achievements? To me it's the equivalent of having your mother tell you "Good job" when you beat arcade mode the first time on easy.

The GAP is useless. I've been a GAP member since 2001... but that was when it matters. That was when being a GAP member was somethign "exclusive". I got tons of free games, and beta tests from Sony. Now, the GAP has just become their version of Playstation Underground and anyone who wants in can get in. You get NOTHING from it now.
