Yes, use the rabbit ears for the pseudo-collar.
I don't have the formula though since I didn't bother saving this one. Just play around with the axis until you get something that looks convincing.

Here's Darkmoonlight's request for Talim SCII P3! 3 months late is better than never lol.
The poncho/drapey thingy in SCV is horrid, so I decided to focus on the head instead. She's technically bald, but I used a phoenix sticker for the bangs and a pair of beetle horns for the braid, which can be seen below. The hat consists of a maid head dress, a sphere, and a pair of bunny ears. The original blue and white color scheme was too plain for my tastes so I added more red...again.
Couldn't really settle on a style for Talim, but she's all windy and stuff, so I figured she'd be nautically inclined too.
Talim doin' the Captain Morgan like a pro. Avast!

@eimboznugtohs: I tend to avoid demonic or bulky armor CaS like the plague, but you really seemed frustrated with this one. Here's my attempt at Naraku.
If you still want to make him yourself, have a look at these creation notes.

Try not to get frustrated. If you can't figure out some aspect of a design, find other equipment that looks good. Remember: SEXINESS > ACCURACY.

You can figure most of this stuff out yourself. Lower body slot 1 (Roman Loincloth) MUST be bone colored (yellow-white) to match the other bony stuff. I added speckle patterns (Basic 15) to the bones and a swirly pattern (Oriental 12) to the samurai coat.
As for the body, 0 for thighs and calves, -20 for everything else. This offsets the fatness of the equipment while bulking up his relatively exposed legs/feet.

Very true. Sometimes I made compromises to get the feel more so than the look. Like anyone could say not bad Hulk(though he's been so many times). ^^;
