I just wanna mention this list is fairly misleading..... and should be noted.

when they say B = 12 and BB = 15

this means

B takes 12 strikes and the second hit ONLY of BB takes 15... (assuming everything is tested accurately)

however....

BB together if both hits are blocked takes 7.5 together if they block both hits which is MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH easier to make them block both hits compared to making them block only one hit....

the same goes to the list of 44BB

a better way to think about it is..... BB is one of his better CF moves because you only need 7.5 BB to crush them.. and doing 44BB as a finisher isn't a bad idea either... because it'll take probably around 6 or 6.5 of those....

hmmm i could've SWORN, 44A and 44[A] take more than that to soul crush. impressive work though.

Thanks to LAU-sama's advice and looking over this CF data my Rock just leveled up. I suggest everyone do the same.
 
I got to look into BB. It's slow and linear, but has great range. If the Soul Break is as good as you say it is, I'm going to have to look into at least trying to put it in.
