I have to say that the music for SCV seems to be the best yet. I've loved nearly everything that I've heard so far.

I just was always impressed by the Khan Super Session in Soul Blade... All of it.
Soul Calibur III also had some great pieces, like Forsaken Sanctuary & Labyrinth of Moonlight. The remixes of the old Soul Calibur themes were also top notch too.

The SCIII versions of Bred in the Gap, The Cursed Image, and, above all, If There Were Any Other Way. Also, from SCIV, Spark of Fate, Thanatos, and Winds and Memories (which sounds like Path of Destiny...?) as well as the Intro music.
And last, but not least, Battle Cry and Innocent Vision/Ephemeral Dream from Broken Destiny
I've been dying to get a way to select the music in the background, and when we get it, the Destiny Battle theme isn't there. WHY!? >__<

Personally, Soul Blade had the most memorable soundtracks and is one of my favorites. Both Original Soundtrack and Super KHAN session were brilliantly done.
Super KHAN session added an upbeat vibe to the game that might not have been needed, but was welcomed with open arms, and left many players with these theme songs in their heads.

SCV: I'm not too satisfied with the character selection theme. It doesn't give me the SC2 & 4 feel while picking a character. I think it'd be nice to be able to choose which character select theme you hear, that's just me though.
The music seems to come out nice and I noticed that it isn't as slow paced as the previous SCs. It's faster and more dynamic, probably to match the speed of the gameplay. I hope the menu,museum, etc. has the slow paced SC music.
Overall: Great job with OST for this game, can't wait to hear more!!!

I finally got a chance to listen to this theme song, and I must say. It gives me such a cold feeling. This theme song is AMAZING!!
