I gave her a pistol for the wolf and still, he left her quite scratched (cuts unfortunately not that visible on her arms through Tira's underwear, more visible on her abs).

This one's not wholly original, and most of the credit has to be given to Zazoreal from reddit for creating the base (of which this is still at least 85% just like his), but I've fit it to go on Setsuka and tweaked it a bit to match her sensibilities, but here's a somewhat familiar Setsuka SoulCalibur III 1p:
The biggest problem with this design is the trim on the kimono not being consistent, but there's only so much that can really be done, and it looks pretty good from the front, which is most of what you'll see as it is. And then, of course, the bottom half of the kimono is actually the leather wrapping, which doesn't flow well with the above material with Setsuka's proportions thrown into the mix. It was certainly a bit less obvious on a custom character model. Plus having to use the loincloth to "complete" the look is also less than ideal, but it is what it is. Setsuka's SoulCalibur IV clogs really add a lot, though it's kind of a shame that the flower design is not really editable. Overall, though, it's really faithful to her appearance back then, and I like it a lot better using her actual style, rather than the placeholder Haohmaru that was used at the time of its inception.

I wanted to create a more run-down type of costume for Sets, which I could even use Heihachi's moustache for lol. I think the frayed straw hat turned out nicely. Wounded and patched up, covered in dust, she managed to retrieve one of the lost scrolls of Shinden Tsushima-ryu Battoujutsu...

Elderly lady Setsuka.
I made this one just for Daishi lol. Thinking about how he excluded so many veterans in SCV, supposedly simply for being too old to be attractive enough, I wanted to take it over the top a notch. In order to do that, I enhanced the preexisting wrinkly make-up by exaggerating eye lid sacks and wrinkling up her mouth and neck, too. At one point, I even considered giving her kimono shit stains in order to gross out Daishi even more, but eventually went with the more, um, dignified version.
On a side note, I'm amazed by how believable the old woman concept works with Setsuka's moveset, her new idle stance especially lol.

Buddhist Nun Setsuka.
A subtly detailed look I really enjoy. I wanted to incorporate Buddhist symbolism with a more tame overall vibe as well the self-controlled, self-tied theme Yoshie Hideo mentioned. The ExEq blend in lovely in this one and I might re-use the ideas in the future. I hope you'll enjoy!

Granny Setsuka is an awesome idea! Very funny. :) Also the Buddhist monk costume is badass. I was thrown for a loop by her cue ball head at first, but it completes the monk aesthetic and is thus really amazing!
