Exactly. The style then went mostly to Siegfried, some move to both characters, and some others just to Nightmare, but I feel that SC2 Nightmare movelist was the most fun to play with. Siegfried was very awkward to play expecially in SC3
 
Actually Sieg's moves in SC3 were the main reason I didn't continue using NM... They were more familiar to me...
(BTW SC2 was my 1st SC as well)
 
I want a collection just as big as SC2's (with some Soul Calibur variations, similar to Nightmare's Soul Edge variations).

is there a petition to change his character model so it looks like his artwork? cause I'd sign that.

I know y'all are joking around about Siegfried x Hilde, but at the same time I just gotta ask… how many people here are aware that Siegfried x Hilde was never something on Project Soul's agenda, and probably still isn't?

Normally I don't care much about the storyline but I just really gotta point this out…

I had read on a forum on Gamespot a long time ago that apparently Hilde's character profile from SCIV had a bunch of details that were left out in the English translation. I decided to check that out and it's true. Those details were the fact that Salia, that chick from the Schwarzwind, was the one who told Hilde about Sieg going to Ostrheinsburg in the first place, and that Salia was the one who asked Hilde to rescue Siegfried… thus the reason Hilde went after Siegfried and he shows up in her ending. And now, 17 years later, Siegfried is still hanging around with the Schwarzwind… I don't think anything romantic is going to happen between him and Hilde at this point… I would be really surprised if something did. It wouldn't make any sense imo.
PS: I have no problem with shippers of Sieg x Hilde. People have every right to ship it if they like it. I just find the general misconception annoying that something is supposed to be going on between Sieg and Hilde when there isn't anything there, and that's all thanks to the poorly-translated story mode. :/

When I first heard that name Hilde, Norse Mythology popped up in my mind... So, yeah...
But now... WHATEVA HE KICKS BUTT!

EDIT: BTW i love how this thread went from 44K UB to a Siegfried x Hilde debate =D

or we could have Siegfried x Salia. i'd settle for that too =P

lol yeah this thread did get pretty off-topic! sorry about that! xD I just thought it was worth a mention, since it's true but no one seems to know about it.
to get back on topic, 44K UB would be cool. unblockable = nice!

LOL! Well, I think that he should get a brand new UB (entirely new move). But we might see that in the next big events...
BTW, the new UB should be a horizontal move...
 
That would be more balanced than Doom Combo, that's for sure...

And now that I think about it, Siegfried and Hilde do make a cute couple, it's just too generic. It like "the blonde, blue-eyes, muscular, tall, hawt heroic knight and the cute, educated, wise, and-other-cute-shit-but-kickass princess". I'm just so tired of it. Something like Siegfried-Ivy would spice up things better.

bleh...siegfried and ivy...i dont wanna imagine my sexy knight in a leather face mask with...horsewhips and all that leather...*quivers*

but i admit if it didnt involve horsewhips and leather masks, siegfried x ivy would also be a good pairing ^-^

unfortunately i dont see any other suitable realistic pairings pairings for him however...for females at least. maybe taki or sophitia, but thats pushing it imo.

for males, its just as hard however. zasalamel, raphael, or maybe rock? idk lol. raphael is pushing it too, since raph has amy.

now...if we were going comical pairings...

lets get siegfried x cassandra, xianghua or mina

lets get siegfried x mitsu, yoshi, yun seong, or voldo. maybe maxi? i think he might get along well with kilik tbh, that would be a cute couple.

or for weirdness, we could go siegfried x lizardman, tira, algol

oh fk it, lets just gets some siegfried x siegfried, or siegfried x nightmare.
 
Maybe 44K could have such huge Guard Crush properties that either:

1) guaranteed CH followups become available, or
2) he lands on his opponent for guaranteed damage,

so that 44K effectively becomes unblockable without his boots having to burst into flames?
