whos this idiot?

That was uncalled for.

He's an online Siegfried player who showed up here fairly recently. He's made some videos of him ranting on various subjects, and the production values of the videos seem to be getting better each time. He's just being a bit overenthusiastic about crushing all the people who bandwagon hop over to Siegfried if or when he becomes top tier, which there are bound to be tons of online for most of the game's early life.

But of course, over-enthusiasm seems to be a trend with Siegfried players...

This is where our patience pays off!!! =D
HE chose ME and I will be attached to his path FOREVER.
So now, let's say you block 3(B). And you're thinking "I'ma do AA because Heaton hates AA, and I love trolling Heaton as much as he loves them balls." But lo and behold, I shift to SBH, aGI your horizontal (even though it's a high and I'm tech crouching - GET HYPE), and I just SBH B ~ 44K'd your ass out of the ring, instead of you doing some dumb Kilik stuff and making me rage.

I'm curious myself to see how many people flock to Sieg when SC5 comes out, and how many manage to stick with him and put forth the work.

It was only a matter of time til the first of your kind started showing up.

Why don't you have some Kalas Schokolade (TM), fantasize about underage girls and leave real men to play with real men?

From what I've seen, Sieg's mix-up possibilities and his stance-roulette seem very, very, very nicely improved. Of course, the insane damage is always a plus as well.

Strange to see you there Sacharja, it's been what, 3 or 4 years since SCU went down or something ?

I'll bandwagon Sig for free wins, and drop him like a highschool girlfriend when he gets nerfed/I go to college.

Hence why it didn't surprise me - heck, were you to suggest anything even close to the contrary, I would have most likely suffered a coronary, lol.

How so? If you only find one character fun to play, you only find one character fun to play.
You find tournament players who have long running mains (Kayane, Ring, Lolo, etc. etc.) shocking?

I've been on here ever since the site existed and on sc.com before that. I don't remember "Solf", did you go by a different name on SCU/SC3.us?

Character loyalty is what makes a great player, sticking with one character no matter how sucky it is. What actually shocks me is people that changes character from game to game depending on the tier...so sad...

Glad you asked.

Originally I came from yoshi and Sieg. These 2 are arguably the most fun characters in the game, imo. But see, it isn’t even a question of fun. Personally, if one character is fun, then most likely so is another, and another. Usually people just get stubborn with their choice and proclaim it the best. Shit, most of the characters are basically the same with varying speeds, durations, and ranges. It’s not like we are playing Guilty Gear where each character is an alien from one to the next. From an analytic point of view I see all the characters as appealing. Over the past year I’ve played quite a bit of the cast. Cass is especially fun, Yun Sung amazing, X is a really solid character. Where I’m coming from is that there’s a lot to be learned by venturing out. I mained nightmare because I heard someone say “to beat him you just need to block” which sounded ridiculous. Nightmare turned out to be amazing. My point is that most people just hate to change or venture out to new territory. They become complacent and then use “fun” as an excuse. Even if odds are against the matchup, people will still choose the same character and feel great about the choice. But, that’s only a bad thing if you had any plans on winning. Excluding Ivy, Amy, and X of course. :)

My spiel is aimed more at characters that are limited in certain matchups, aka lower tiered characters.

I know where you're coming from, but if a character is physically limited it wont matter the amount of time you put into it. If character A's options always get beat out by character B's options then A is pinned down and can't win unless B gets sloppy and drops the ball.
