Not sure if there is an achievement list up yet, but it never hurts to think up of some to satisfy our wait for the game! Have a look at mine and try making up some (realistic) ones yourself.

A New Challenger (5) - Make a custom character.

Purity (5) - Obtained Soul Calibur Final Form.

Corruption (5) - Obtained Soul Edge Final Form.

An Eternal Tale Retold (30) - Finish Story Mode on Normal or Higher.

Soul of the Samurai (5) - As Mitsurugi, beat Natsu in Story Mode.

Reunion...and Tragedy (10) - As Patroklos, beat Pyrrha in Story Mode

Up Against Darkness (10) - Beat Nightmare in Story Mode.

Edge Master (10) - Successfully performed 20 Critical Edge moves on opponents.

Braveheart (10) - Successfully performed 20 Brave Edges on opponents.

Ultimate Collector (10) - Unlock all characters' ultimate weapons.

Over 9000 (10) - Exceed your own limits. Win X times with 25% health or below.

Seven Times Down, Eight Times Up (5) - Fight your way to victory after losing the first
round X times.

Finish Him! (10) - Defeat your opponent with a Critical Edge X times.

Betcha Can't Step It (5) - Use Quick Step to dodge X of your opponent's attacks.

Like Old Times (40) - Beat Arcade Mode with all the returning characters.

A New Generation (40) - Beat Arcade with all new characters.
 
They should make an achievement that only the extreme hardcore would achieve. Like "Play the game for 8,786 hours."

Since that's a little over a year of total gameplay... that should be worth no more than 0 gamerscore xD just for glory =P
 
Child's Play(20)- Get 2 or more perfects in a single match(minimum of 2 rounds)
I am Sparta(5)- Successfully Kick an opponent out the ring
ARRGH!!!(30)- Successfully make a come back with 0 rounds won when your opponent hits match point(minimum of 3 rounds)
Tactical Soul(5) Use a Brave Edge in a combo with at least 5 hits
Impressive Soul(10) Use a Critical Edge in a combo with at least 5 hits

The only achievement that absolutely should be in the game is one for completing the tutorial mode. You know, the one that explains things like sidestep verticals and here are the many ways to avoid throws and here’s how to guard impact etc. etc.

Basically, bait scrubs into actually learning the basics of the game. Reduce the number of whiners online.
