SoulCast #22: The BossCast

Yuuuuup, time to talk about dat last-stage character! I know feelings about Algol are strong on both ends, so we'll see what you guys think about this discussion. For this episode, I brought on a name you guys know all too well, BrewtusBibulus. A lot of people respect him not only for his play but for his knowledge of the game, and since he's has some decent success with Algol, I felt it was a good fit.

Confession: I actually put this up the other day and COMPLETELY forgot to post it here. That's my bad, as they say. Such are the rigors of being busy. :( Enjoy, all the same!

I think Bibulus may be the the biggest Algol player. Just like IRM is the biggest Maxi player.

Just so you know, when I bring someone on as a guest, it's not because I think they're the "best" with that character, only that they're knowledgeable enough to speak well on that character.

Jacksalien, your Algol is good, but is not the best, you are not doing nothing special with him, there a lot of good algol players, and you are not far from the average, the thing you have very far from the average is your EGO....;)

Jacksalien is probably the best known algol, there might be better algol players but unknown to the community , i guess:D

I think Algol is a bit complex character, with a lot of potential, maybe we need a 2nd video with another player, like Hates or Slade....what do you think people??

I guess that depends on what happens with Bibulus in the future. Or, if you guys were just wanting to see me play against an Algol, then I can try to set something up with Slade or someone. But Bibulus can't get online for the time being AND we play on different systems, so it'll be a bit tricky for us.

I'm fine with that. It'll have to wait until I get back from vaca, though.

Also, I'm perfectly fine with doing redos or just doing interviews with players that everyone wants to hear from, but I'd like to get at least one episode for every character done before I start doing that. We're making good progress, though, so that's not too far in the future.
