Just got off the phone with Brian, from what I know RTD got 1st, Ceirnian got 2nd, Link got 3rd and BrianHates got a cnote from Swordlord. Swordlord didn't get his Scoobie snack this time.
 
From what I hear, Hates won a MM vs SwordLord 10-4. Not sure how much money was on the line. So much for that "I can beat every Cervantes in the universe" attitude...

well a LOT more money WAS on the line, but the money was cut down, and then the shit hit the fans with quite a bit of fun in the sun before the battle of destiny happened.

also, 4th place hurts my feelings
 
Yeah, he kinda kicked down the money amount, PLUS I had to allow him to run from Sophie to other characters.

Funny thing is, I was actually handicapped more than that. My new stick is now broken and was going out at the time...

Well the broken now part may have some sort of connection to the throwing of it after the 15 failed iGDR's, just saying

anyway, this was awesome, aside from 109 degrees of sweaty men and woman with no cooling anywhere!!!!!, it was fun.

Ceirnian - dude your aGI's with Hilde are the hardest thing to deal with EVER. But like we all said and talked about, you are an aggressive player, VERY AGGRESSIVE. But still very good and scary lol, love your clothes though man, spiiffy. grats on 2nd.

Link - ya...... finally played you with my main and it just showed me that you are greater than i am by like 20,000 power lvls. It was a sad sad beat down.....however fun. grats on 3rd, and i am looking forward to that dinner.

CHRIS GOLD - i will buy you dinner if I ever place at a tournament man, i swear.

Augustin - dude ggs, like I said before if you picked Yoshi on me you prolly would've beat me. At LEAST made it a lot closer. I understand why you chose Mitsu, but just remember for the future if we meet man. Yoshi > Mitsu.

HATES - ya..... if you could learn how to iGDR, i think you'd have an amazing Cervy. But just attempting it may not help. With a little practice you could get it, i'm sure. I believe in you. (jk of course, for real we didn't play but that one time before, so I hope we play more, you are really good and i want to play that pirate more)

Sword_Lord - .... ya

chickenwing - lol i didn't play you but you are a funny ass dude. Hope you keep it that way.

funkpanda - you too didn't play you here, hoped to see the difference between OK funk and Dallas Funk lol, hope we meet again young one.

Cepzeu (Serge?) - whatever your name was here, again didn't play you here but again love the asta from what I was watching from you.

Ice - we didn't play, whoops lol, i would've loved too of course. But grats on the Raising Canes approval, that shit was delicious.

DEVILJIM - i finally meet you mang, you are a crazy little devil dude. Hope you don't bost too much about beating Ceirnian before the tourney lol.

Nah, the throwing was post-stick-fucking up. And I donked it on its side. =P It is completely dead now, though, after getting progressively worse for the last 2 days. Not really sure what I'm gonna do about that, but at least I feel like slightly less of a scrub.
 
Alex's results are accurate.

Congrats to Ceirnian and RTD. You two showed us what pro Hilde is all about. I know you both will enjoy the new addition to my signature. =)
 
This is why I wanted to see the full results. Was just curious how many people entered, who was all there, money match results, etc.......you know......normal........results from a tournament.......yeah
 
I'm also curious as to how RTD beat Cedric. From what I hear he was more patient, which makes sense seeing as how the first person to whiff/get stepped has a high chance of dying. More details and/or videos would be super awesome though. I'm also interested in videos of Link's Ivy.

I'm interested in vids of sword lord sleeping in the dumpster which is where that trash belongs. I can't wait to get the details on what exactly went down/how many degrees below freezing his hands must have been. What an absolute embarassment to this community he is tossing around $500 money matches then trying to talk it down to $40(so i heard)!?! when he realizes he's trash at the game and doesn't belong in the same breath as his opponents. If I was from ATL i would just denounce this guy from being part of my crew, he's really a shame on that entire city.

Anyways thats my scrub lord spiel, grats to the placers!! Anime did you really get 4th? That's sweet if so, grats!! Hildes everywhere ahhhh! Brian I'll hit you up when I'm back in the US, nice placing! Link good shit as always.. damn the ringout ;] EP I'm sorry I missed this event, I definitely wouldve come if possible.

Who cares past that. I didn't keep the brackets and EP was too busy drinking and chasing fat chicks to keep up with them.

No one cares about Tekken 5 DR, but the results are:

1) wired
2) DevilTroll
3) Dale

Again, who cares, there were only 8 people in it.

the tournament was pretty fun despite the fact it was 900 degrees in there. SF4 had about half again as many players as SC4.

Hates did beat SwordLord (from now on will be referred to as Scooby), 10-4. The amount of the MM kept going down every time it was mentioned. He tried to work it down to $45, but the SC crowd there would have nothing to do with it, and yelled at him until he made it $100. Scooby was beat 6 straight rounds in the tournament by Hates in the loser's bracket. JOP never got to have his money match with Scooby because Scooby kept ducking out. The change of names from SwordLord to Scooby was decreed by EP himself, because Scooby is "garbage". From this point on, Scooby can try to earn back letters of his name for every win he gets within a tournament (Big tournaments, not local scrub-fests). Losses will take letters away. He will probably never make it past "S" though.

It was nice seeing those who are still in the SC community and being able to meet some of the new faces. No, I did not play; Yes, I did run the tournament so EP could play, drink, and... you guessed it... chase fat chicks.

One thing I did learn from all of this: If you don't want to have to clean up after you break down the tournament, get the maintainence man drunk off his ass.
