I stand by what I said before:
Without holding the button down at all on block between 11A and the second A you have 18 frames to interrupt (NM has WS B(i16), Zas can WS K(i14) just as examples). On hit you have something like 5 or 6 so you need an aGI or STC or something because no move hits that fast. If the second A is held for the maximum amount of time before it becomes the UB you have roughly 8 frames, so taki might be able to trade a 4a+bA with perfect timing.
