Yeah I heard about that. I'm kinda curious. if you already paid for and downloaded them for MVC will you have to pay for them again for UMVC? Because if that's the case that is gonna burn some people's biscuits.

And man, lotta resident evil characters on the roster eh?
 
Last I heard was that if you had already purchased the DLC characters then you would get them in UMVC. And yes there are a lot of RE characters, I think that's the most from one specific game title.

So we have about 4 days till DEV and I'm getting on that MVC3 tournament. IFB when we played last time could you see anything I was doing that might cause to lose?

If you pre-order from Gamestop you get costume for Storm, chun, X-23 and morrigan. From Amazon you get what Force-destruct posted. If you pre-order from Best buy you a costume for M.O.D.O.K, Wesker, Skrull and Viper. As of right now those are the only bonuses you get.
 
So I got bodied hard in the Marvel tournament at DEV, it was such an ass whooping lol. C.Viper zoned me to death and I couldn't get in on her. Even though I got my ass kicked it was something that needed to happen since I went it a tad bit cocky. I got to play some really good players and I got to see some really strong Wolverines and learn some match up knowledge. I got to play against Noel Brown and he beat me the hell up, my only regret was letting this douche bag use my stick and he ended up running sets. I wanted to play PR-Balrog but meh I still had some fun, my hulk is still awesome... well maybe not.

Glad to see you went to Dev and performed. I wish I could've gone too (it's only a hop-skip away from here in Las Vegas).

C.Viper is dangerous, if not top tier with the right hands. This is what makes me wish Vanilla was going on for a while. Chrisis' and Marlinpie's performance was only proof of this. If she's going to have the same tools in Ultimate, may God help us all.
 
I'm a little lost on how she zoned you. Isn't she mainly rush down? Was she using pokes and backing up?

I've been doin lab research on Zero. This character just annihilates me, so I set the practice dummy to attack me with j.C and follow ups, and I think I finally found some answers on what to do about it...but I won't know till saturday. I'm ready for you Sora!

Also sadly I had to retire some of the new fun combos I invented recently, they aren't as practical as I thought since I found they were character specific or varied on difficulty based on the character. Sadly Storms silly combo will be left only for hulk and Sentinel
 
She had me trapped with those rapid seismos and magneto distruptor assist, I couldn't move most of the match and when I did I had mag shooting me to death.
 
Awwwww. Not a bad idea. What was your team? Mine has awesome anti zoning punishes. DHC to hail storm to make it instant has gotten me out of a lot of bad scenarios and punished assists
 
I had my Hulk/Dorm/Sent team. Well the whole thing let me see where I was at as a player so losing isn't that bad I guess.
