I'm trying to get it to work with my TV..I have a Laptop with Vista..Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family

Are you trying the us the tv as a monitor for the laptop? Do you have the cables?

And if you do, try changing the res to 800x600 or lower, and try to use an interlaced resolution, since your TV is interlaced.

The resolution of an SDTV is 720x520 (640x480 after cutting) at 30fps.
