She looks just like Amy in this picture.

Here's why I think Amy = Viola. Common Japanese Anime represents the young with making them have 30 - 40% larger eyes. Isn't Soul Calibur loosely anime based? So now that in SCV Amy Viola has smaller eyes defining her older age and maturity.
 
That is kinda true. But her eye shape kind of looks the same with Amy and Viola. I'm not sure if that increases or decreases the likelihood of her being Amy, but I thought I should just mention that though.

In any case of Viola being Amy, what of it? Would she stay with Zwei, the only person Viola relates to. Or Raphael, the only person Amy cares for? Personally, I think she'd just have to settle with which ever one kills the other.

Well, she's Raph's daughter. One day, you have to leave your parents to build your life.
He's looking for her cause she's missing and he doesn't know anything about what could have happened to her.

There is no need for Raph and ZWEI to fight...
 
Actually, I believe that Raph's profile states that his feelings for Amy have evolved from simple platonic familial love to romantic love.. so no more Father Daughter relationship

evolved?? Yeah... because SC4 and BD totally didnt make it look like he wants more with 'beloved' Amy then just be her father... -.-' Srsly go play broken destiny...
 
Raphael quite clearly is lusting after Amy. If he himself realises that, though... I doubt it.

I noticed that the circles on her claws and on her chest represent the phases of the moon. Intriguing...

I played Arcade mode with Viola and got nothing.. Story mode focuses on Patro and Pyrrah only. Am I missing something here?

The closest thing we got is that Viola has the same VA (in English and Japanese) as Amy and that doesn't necessarily prove the theory. Playing the story mode felt like one of those anime films that is adapted from a 26 episode series and tries to cram all that narrative and character development into 2 hours. I felt like I was watching the cliff notes of a far larger, more interesting plot.
 
I died on the inside after realizing they don't have other story lines.

I knew the story would revolve around Patroklos, but I didn't think the story was ONLY Pat's. Why did they bother giving anyone else a storyline then?

Yeah, and the devs swore Viola would play an important role in the plot. She has, at best, five lines in Story Mode.
