With Sarah, her command throw from stance does decent damage (90ish IIRC). I still suck at getting it to come out, but setting that up is what gives her mind games weight.
Lag's kinda wierd on VF. I've played a guy from Russia a few times with no major lag. UK, Germany, and France can go either way. Mainly had trouble with lag from places like Columbia and Brazil.
