What SCV Needs.

Lol wut cut cas? Sure ifyou want soul caliber to be as successful as a golfer who severs his good hand. It's likecuting online mode. Waaaay to popular.

lol You guys. I'll be thanking Project Soul with the $60 I drop for the game on the 31st.

I don't mean to ramble, but I can't help feeling passionate about modes that seem so obvious to include. I'm getting the game, but I will offer criticism where it's needed. Everyone, breathe easy:

I also want to point out that it's OK to be disappointed, and that it's OK to want more. I'm a fan. I'm a paying customer. I'm getting the game. I'm glad we're getting another SoulCalibur. But if I don't express my opinions, and those opinions may include the occasional disappointment, no-one will. Feedback is important. Don't be complacent. You're paying for the game, too.

I see that this is a popular post. I feel like you're missing the point, though. This thread is for feedback on what we feel is missing from the game, what we feel could be included to make it that much more fun. I'm glad that a lot of people are 100% happy with what we're getting, but others, including me, are not.
 
You guys are making me cry saying "Talim" *sniffle sniffle*.

-I thought they confirmed Team Battle?

SCV needs:

-Talim
-Museum
-Cinematic character endings
-Slower paced music

Even without these things everything else seems ok.

How many times are we going to go through this? It just adds to replay value to casuals and brings in a new audience.. It would be more benificial if they didnt give you extra styles so that you'd be forced to learn the actual characters though as said. However it doesn't take away anything, it just adds fun to the series as a game and SC was never prioritizing CAS, just making it better. MK Armageddon had a hell-of-alot of content + a arguably deeper creation mode.
 
I can't believe ZWEI was a replacement for Talim. Girl who is sweet and kind > werewolf person who has a tatto of a moon on his chest and has gray hair at age 20.

Anything ZWEI can do she can do better. (Ignoring dirty jokes....) Story wise she would be SO much more benificial and him having a spirit assist doesnt really fit to me. SC is about magic yes but not in the same way Shin Megami Tensei is.
 
What SCV needs?

Top 10 things (no particular order) of what SCV needs.

1. Devoted long lasting fans
2. People willing to learn how to be better at the game.
3. People willing to go to tourneys or competitions to support the industry
4. people to buy DLC so an ultimate and more expanded version of the game has a possibility to be released in the future.
5. people willing to accept that 3 mimics being included was a result of a number of impossible to predict issues that came up.
6. people willing to try playing as new characters if their old characters did not return.
7. casual venues of entertainment be it competitions for CaS or best CaS contests at events in order to get casual players to stick around for the long haul.
8. A company willing to patch any problems that may appear in the game after release
9. Competitive players willing to help newcomers learn the ropes and become something more than a scrub.
10. People willing to spread the word of the game's awesomeness.
