Does anybody know why Zas, Talim, Hwang, Taki, etc. were taken out? and I heard something about a new SC5 being released in a year....?

Hwang was already deconfirmed. As for Taki, apparently Daishi said she was too old to be a ninja (you reach a certain age and stuff like that) - so though she has "retired", she still teaches her ninja arts.

Problem with Viola is not how complicated she is, but her LOOOOOOOOOOW damage. I mean, I find people who seems to know how to use her. Then they start an awesome combo and their are hitting me non-stop for like 10 seconds without let me move. Then I look at my bar with fear and its almost full. Then I put my rape face.
Ivy in SC4 was complicated to use but she was a beast, Viola should be the same. What's the point of a complicated character if her damage doesn't compensate the effort?

As much as I love Zwei, I'm not all that good at him. He's a bit difficult for me to use since he has such a small moveset compared to a few others. I'm really trying though because he's my number 1 favorite character of SCV with Viola closing in a close second.
Ironically enough, my best character is Natsu. It's funny because I hated her aesthetic design but her moveset rocks. I have lots of fun using her but then again, I had lots of fun using Taki once I learned how to use in Soul Calibur 3 & 4. Other characters I enjoy using and am particular better with are Patroklos, another ironic one because I thought his fighting stance looked so retarded but man is he fun to use! Viola because I love coming up with combos for her and Tira. :)

Still maining him against human players I fight at home, but somehow I'm more and more attracted to use Natsu. oO

I wanted it to be Ivy but I couldn't past the fact she's still so different from her SC2 incarnation.
I might try again eventually but for the moment I'm just sticking with Mitsurugi.

I wish Aeon was more like SC IV LM, then he could be my second main again. Maybe i need to practice more with him, still think he's much uglier.

I'm still ok with maining Astaroth because he is still a good character, but his play style is starting to stray from how I enjoy playing SC (spacing opponent 24/7). I really like Tira as a character, but I haven't been able to use her very well. My very first main Yoshi has been creeping on me lately. I seem to do better with him than I imagine I would.
