Huh? Er... Voldo?

As for my Vote i'd say the Lizardguy, i think his animality is perfectly complemented by his choppy and rampant fighting style. He has few strings and even most of those look pretty choppy and often his moves look like he's exaggerating them and can barely stop his momentum.

He is also very well designed visually.

And...

He can bite you in the head! I mean, how cool is that?
 
And he can roll around in a ball. That's always fun.


And oh yeah about that. Maybe it's spelt "Kata"? I dont know. But they were the weapon demonstrations that you could watch in SCI-III. So awesome.
 
Ah now i get it. Yeah Kata is right. I really liked watching those too :) Really missing those together with the option to watch cpu vs. cpu.

Sieg wins my vote because he is my main and I like his style and because lets face it... he is a very good looking character. He is like Jin an avenger that all the girls are gonna droll over but they can never have him because he is too bent on his goals to even notice or care.
