I'd like to help you out if u havent tried this already! The command in console "mat_dxlevel 80" allows me to run this game on my laptop. You will lose the perks of amazing lighting from DX 9 but whatever it makes it more playable than 20 fps. Give that a shot and tell me how it works! BTW what it does is force the game to run in Direct X 8.0 if u were wondering.

You play it on PS3? Add me if you want to play some mic'd games with teamwork... I mean hell, I main Medic. You don't do that unless you have a group of friends who main offensive classes that you work well with, heh.

Yo we tried to hax TF2 as much as we could to get it to run on my computer after we bumped the processor up to 1.33 and the best we could do was 10-15 fps. NOT going to happen guys, sorry.

Actually looked at my options at Best Buy. For the money I've already put in my 360. Me buying a new PC? NOT gonna happen. Although if any of you blunder fucks can show me a SLI(sp?) Approved Motherboard I actually have access to a pretty damn state of the art one that my moms BF has had sitting by my room (old motherboard got fried). Bet a motherboard would break the fucking bank though.

Motherboards are like 70-80 bucks I think, check newegg.com for stuff. Honestly dude just save your cash until you move out of that house, before another Nigerian lottery ticket shows up in the mail lol.
 
Since some of Intel's quad-cores have come down so much in price and I've been pulling a lot of extra hours at work... I'll be building myself a new PC! Once it's done, you'd better believe that I'll be on TF2 a lot more. ;)

Yay! Congrats on your PC building endeavor. When I built mine, the newest stuff was expensive as hell. D: I want to upgrade a bit even still though. >:U

^ Yep, the PS3 port of TOB is a joke. EA half-assed it and aren't supporting it at all; only upside was dedicated servers. This is why I'm moving over to the PC...

Anyways, I finished building my new rig! TF2 runs like a dream; all the eyecandy at 1360x766 (resolution of my TV, which I'm using as my monitor) with 8x AA, and I'm still getting FPSes of 90+. So I'll add the rest of you guys on Steam when I get back from work. Anyone wanna try to get a bunch of 8wr people in a server at some point?

Also, is anyone else looking forward to Left4Dead? Co-op zombie killin', how can you go wrong?

Added everyone in here except Christgrinder and Narcotic... I'm such a Steam noob, for some reason searching for your SIDs (palaceofmirrors and Section 8) didn't come up with anything.

I had kinda put off TF for a while since I felt Id hit a ceiling. so hopefully this can up the ante a little. im gonna look more into what is required tomorrow, since its late. the current season is winding down though so now is the time to see if you can get up on this.

the comp on that shit is no joke either. Pandemic is on that ladder, and I know a few of you have heard of Reptile:

 
You guys know how I feel about srs fkn tf2 bsns. I know it's no joke with practicing and such, and I'm willing to do so. So it's up to you guys if I'm wanted/needed.
