SCV Tira Revealed!

The self infliction in gloomy stance made a it a bitch to play her, and it was some of her best moves or combo setups/enders that had the self infliction. Definitely hoping that's gone. I'd also like to be able to switch whenever I'd like to between the stances, not when my opponent has whooped my ass and took 50% of my life.
 
I know Ive said it before, but actually, if the self-infliction didn't KO Tira and instead left her with 1 HP, it wouldn't be as much of a nuisance. That way, she can stay true to her character and not have as much drawbacks while doing so.

In support of this I personally like the extra flair it gives, but feel it should be rewarded more. In BD she was given really good damage output, I'd like to see them travel along that way. Or give her JS B+K that in reverse of Gloomy it does low damage to the opponent but heals her a lot. Or a command throw that absorbs their life. Hmm that would be a great trolling tool too...

Hahahahahaha. If JS B+K increased her health, I'd whore it all day. But yeah, those ideas would be reallllly nice.

And a Tira with a CT makes me shiver in my pants.
 
I'm raging rather hard right now.
However I do love the pose she pulls for her CE.

I could not be happier to see my girl has finally been revealed :D

Heh seems like a lot of us were thinking the same thing about her new outfit, really digging her new crazy hair too with the white and purple "highlights".

I wanna see some official artwork and renders :3
 
The quality is ok, but the speed is too fast. That's my opinion anyway lol.

I believe the thing she is missing in her style is rewarding mixups. Most of her mixups leave her at huge disadvantage when the opponent guesses right. She doesn't have good enough gimmicks to make her style effective either. I end up having to be a throw whore (which sucks w/o a CT) until I get to GS so I can attack safely.

Hurting yourself for doing some of her best moves is pretty irritating. However, if she could lower herself to 1 HP I wouldn't mind it as much. I think if she had a CT that healed her it would have to work like Yoshi's life drain. Otherwise it would be way too powerful.

I would be in favor of her having a stance or two. It would bring out more mixup potential.

Thanks, I'll see what it looks like slower. Nah, it looks really static on it - it seems to stick almost. That's the slowest I can do quality wise.
 
I love the self damage, there is nothing cooler then when you hit someone with 66666k and after sliding on their face it says 'double K.O' but Tira is still standing. That said there is nothing more annoying then having to cut a combo short because you'll die if you don't.
 
I really hope she keeps her GS 66666k and I hope they stop 4bbb from being so punishable it's kinda hard to do so it should at least be somewhat decent :/
