I would be very amused if this Nightmare turned out to be Yun-Seong.

Much like how Soul Edge utilised Sieg's dark sides, it would be fun to learn that Yun-Seong has an "evil schemer"-personality deep down.

Yun-Seong is closer to current Nighty's height than Sieg is and Kilik(one of the other possibilities) was rather short as well.

I mean, it could definitely be someone new wielding SE, but hey, that never stopped speculators before!

5'10''

Other characters that exact height:
Ivy.
Cervantes.
Patroklos.

and...

...Raphael. This Nightmare goes by Dumas(french), is a schemer, and is Raphael's height. The Raphael theory(based on that interview where Tago apparently said he died but came back somehow) is looking more realistic by the minute, though still strange as heck. :P

.... except the CE is NOT an unblockable. When the move hits it says under his name "Brise Garde," which is GB and after it says that it says "contre," for you guessed it CH.

Where as when Ezio hit with his hidden gun unblockable it said "Attaque Imparable"

All the NM hype is making you pay less attention than usual lol

ohhh That's unfortunate. I hope you can release the CE fully charged or half charged. Actually I rather get the game in my hands. This bit of information is way too little.

Rest assured it's not Yun Seong or any other character in the game for that matter.

I was kinda thinking on an alternate costume for Nightmare as well. I noticed that in every 2p he had, there was less armor and more skin, in a savage, gladiator-like way. Out of all the 2p's, the one from SC3 had the most viciousness imho. Maybe they should build from that.

I just hope that his face actually moves. In SC4, his face was like an emotionless robot, and it's VERY easy to clarify this from his 2p costume. o__e;;
I'd like to see him in so much satisfaction as he devours more souls, or when it's "time for a bloodbath." xD

Even if you look at his 1P costume, you'll see that his eyes actually DON'T move. It's really lame. The easy way to test this is by selecting his 1P costume to edit in CaS, and move the camera around (everyone stares at the camera except for him).
 
For anyone on 8wayrun who played SCV Nightmare, was his voice still distorted from SCIV, or did he sound more human-like? Imho, he sounded more vicious when he lived on a host (or was revived by Zasalamel).
Oh, and please tell me his face moved! D:

In the Japanese profile from Famitsu (and other magazine sites) there's a little blurb before the profile chart stating that Nightmare is possessing a new body of a swordsman. There's no specification on who that swordsman might be, or if that swordsman is even notable. They may be intentionally hiding it, but for right now, it's likely just some random swordsman loyal to the Emperor who volunteered to be the host to Soul Edge.
 
kk anyway lets get back to nightmare fighting changes did Keev have to chance to play with nightmare if he did he could give us detailed changes :P
