Depends. I do wish for his SCII/SCIII Evades also. But if they do re-introduce his teleport at least make it a counter of some sorts.

Personally i'm pushing for Raphael to be high tier all the way this time around.

If they reintroduce his teleport move, they should make it as good as Cervantes. When you compare the two teleportation, Cervantes is much better sadly. Raphael's teleport move just gives my opponent a chance to attack me when I reappear.

If they make it like Cervantes then their killing how he plays generally. I don't need Raphael to use 4B+K or 4A+B to teleport to that extreme. Just a good Vertical Counter or something of that sorts.

Not to mention if he gets the Auto-Evade then he'll really be much superior to his SCIV counterpart. Right now it looks like it can go either way until we see some gameplay footage.

I dunno, from the footage I've seen already, it's looking like he still does manual dodges during prep. :/
 
the thing is, why would u need teleports ?

Raph's BT moves were never that good (not compared to cervy's famous BT attack that would lead to launcher) and he has no problem getting up close with his long range attacks (and again the pirate always had igdr) so I don't know why he would need teleport attacks AT ALL.

Now if raph can teleport backwards and away.. then that would just make him more turtly and lame to play
 
He's got 6BB H, too. Basically, the animation is the same as prep BB H. That leads to very good damage from an i13 move. Isn't it wonderful ?

As for the CE, some guy on a Namco vid tried to combo it twice after a CH 22B and failed twice, even though he was at close range.
I suppose you can combo it after 33KB H, since it is a decent launcher. Apart form that, we haven't seen many decent combo opportunities from Raph.

Thanks...I Know XDD is only a question...I just want to know if this was confirmed...lately i could not review news or tweets ;D
