That would all depend on how many stations and if FilthyRich lays any ground rules, on top of how long those stations will be up. I'm sure everyone will want to play...I'm also sure those same people who would be 'testing' would try to take some privleged position and stay on those stations. Really can't ask for people to do more than test andmae what observations they can until more details are released. This isn't like the couple of pretests in France where only certain people wereinvited; I'm fairly certan it will be open to the public.
What I'm trying to say is we ought to abolish "winner stays" as a rule and just have each person play maybe say, 2 games then move on. That way there is no onus to win, and agreements between players to test shit out will be easier to manage, and nobody "hogs the machine" for a game that isn't even released yet.
Edit: the reason this is a concern is because people hogging the machine is more or less what has happened at every fighting game location test I've ever been to. I've been on both sides of the coin myself; and the fact is loketests are there for 2 reasons:
1) To Build hype for the game.
2) To be a public advertisement for Namco's community practices.
1 sorts itself out by being there, as long as everyone gets a shot at playing.
2 on the other hand, we have a role in, because we are the community that Namco is trying to support. Giving a good impression based on fairness and feedback would serve us better in the long run than devolving back to our "roots" for a game that isn't even out yet.
