[Dec 3, 2011] North East Championships XII (Philadelphia, PA)

Because beginning SC4 Hilde was trash before things were found out about her. She isn't a character you just pick up and within 5 minutes you know what is going on. She may turn out to be bad, but you know what? I disagree. Her charge times have been reduced so much that a new combo she can do is 22b C2b C3a (c3a is old c2aa). A few of her normals have been buffed as well, including a new agi horizontal that on counter hit leads to a big launch. She has gotten nerfed compared to what she use to be but to make statements like you just did is ignorant.

I've broken down everything I have seen in every Hilde video available to me because I am hungry to play my main again. What kind of backup do you have for your claim?

U'd be surprised. On the contrary none of it bothers me except for one person and that's simply because I don't like him at all so I take offense to everything he says especially after I shut him up in person (pure silence) he knows who he is. As far as the rest goes not really. I'm always on the move with my phone and I get a kick out of the hate etc. It's like a drug for me.

I like seeing people like others people's post instead even if I just said the same shit or just because it was negative towards me ;p. It helps me identify people for the future. I also like watching people who once liked ur shit liking all ur enemies shit instead cause thy switched sides or whatever. I'm not the kid who actually gets teased/bullied. This is a forum not real life. I promise u no one on here would be allowed to disrespect outside of the game like that in person. One tried already and he got shut up real fast. It's all a game to me Sporko (trust me).

Wrong? I didn't even know who u were until u popped up in what I believe was the FSAK thread. The only thing I knew about you was that you were one of the stronger SC players. It isn't until I went to Texas that EP and JOP but mostly EP explained to me that not u but "u and rtd" were the best at SC2. RTD was the better one if I remember correctly. What I do remember was u trying to explain to me that u were the best at SC3 as well if u didn't leave for the army but the tournaments leading up to that before u left those results didn't show. If I recall correctly u tried convincing people of this in the FSAK thread cause people didn't remember u. So for to say I called u out when ur someone whom I didn't even know is the kind of nonsense shit u be posting. It's almost as if u warp things into ur own world and go from there.

On the issue of the ft3 and the ft5 to be more correct. Yes after that MM I was in salty mode "doesn't every competitive player get salty" but u denied me. I remember it clear as day. Later that exact same night I did say I wasn't feeling it but I still wanted to play (more so for myself) to better understand why I lost the way I did. I tried Kilik one set and realized I had the exact same problem and hence threw him out the window for that night for Cassandra (1 month Cass) and I did better but u ultimately still won. So yes this statement of urs is true.

Moving on to your next statement which is full of shit I don't use excuses like u. I've always been one of the people who excepted my losses and moved on and hit the lab. You forget u have been playing Calibur since at least 2 I just hopped in at 4 but we'll get to that later. There is only two occurrences in which u can consider me using an excuse...

Me losing to u in that MM. However I did mention this at FSAK that I shouldn't have went through with it. All inputs with both Kilik and Ivy were lost obviously due to the gauntlet I went through that day. It's also the reason my 1 month Cass did way better than both those characters cause she's braindead. There are no complicated inputs to grasp.

The other was me losing to Docvizzo in a MM in France. To this day I still believe there was some serious lag in the set we played cause he used nothing but unsafe shit on me but I couldn't punish every single time I tried to. Later in Furzy and them room we had a FT3 on a different set but it wasn't a MM and it was a clean 3-0 sweep.

Every other time I lost I accepted it and moved on.

On the issue of shit talking. To be a great shit talker u also have to be able to back it up and the majority of what ur saying has to be legit. Neither of those apply to u here with the exception of u beating me in a MM. Correct me if I'm wrong but everyone else but me has beaten u in there MM and some have flew right past u and snatched up a Major not even trying as hard as u (this person is Lolo). You can love me or hate me, but one thing is for sure you are definitely not better than me at this game. The results say it all.

I have been playing SC for "2 Years". People forget SC4 is still my first SC game and essentially I just got my feet wet. I've won 3 tournaments and been 2nd and 3rd at essentially every tournament I've been in (both locals and majors). Results were always consistent "big or small" which I find interesting going back to something u mentioned earlier in the thread about tournament #'s. If tournament numbers are smaller it should be easier to win them or place at them should it not. Why have u not done this either with the exception of ur 2nd place at the last tournament u were at. Size never mattered as I was always in the exact same spots. I've destroyed every Hilde (considered broken) with the most ridiculous odds with the exception of RTD having one tournament bangout when it came to Hilde over me at GU. Then again he is prob one of the top 3 SC4 U.S players with Thuggish and Woahhzz. I secretly believe Woahhzz is the best but Thuggish has snatched up so much and consistently placed at so much I can't legitimately say that.

Before I even move on let's take a quick step back and see if this is also legit shit that I'm about to say as its important in regards to giving u the reason I will not MM u. Going into FSAK at one point and time u said u were gonna win the tournament itself. You did not, then when u beat me in that MM on the phone with EP and JOP u said the goal was just to go there and beat me. We had a dispute over this on the phone remember. I'm convinced u hold beating someone in a MM to have more weight than winning a tournament.

After this we had another phone conversation with me u and EP and I believe u said the next tournament u would go to u were guaranteed to win and u had ur boy backing up this claim. Again u did not. Am I lying?

Between both of these instances on the forums itself and I'm sure no one will argue against me u gave a thousand excuses as to why u lost with that fear my character nonsense blah blah blah.

Once again u said u would dominate and u did not. In the middle of all this u said u would win some MM's against Malek etc. and u did not. Keep reading as where gonna get to the point I'm trying to make. Did u know that I have MM wins over Malek? But i'll get to why he's better than me regardless of that fact in a bit. You also lost to Lolo in a MM when prior to all that u said no one would beat u etc. blah blah blah.

After losing once again u come in here and start calling people 2nd rate players and talking as if ur the guy to beat. Is this not nonsense and what I have been referring to as delusional?

How can someone who has not only been ousted in MM's but also in tournaments call someone 2nd rate players. If u need me to clarify u calling out Malek. How can u call Keev someone who has the exact same tournament stature as me but in France 2nd rate? How can u ask for the machine Scud when u have been bodied by Malek and Woahhzz people who u have called 2nd rate players that both play Ivy?

So the point is this... I decline my MM against u because what I've come to realize is ur nothing more than the guy who beat me in a MM but lost to everyone else. Tbh I would love to do an official runback because I honestly feel I know exactly where I went wrong but I'm gonna suck the loss up and be content with the fact that u beat me. While u have that "W" over me in that MM I expect to run into u in a tournament at some point in the future more than once and I'm gonna do what I need to do and we will see how much weight that MM will hold then. How much steam/merit do u have in anything u say after that?

So the last thing I'm gonna do is go back to the fact that I have more MM wins over Malek and explain just why it doesn't matter. He has more significant major placings than me and he has beaten me in tournament more than once. That's the reason he's better than me regardless of the fact I have MM's over him. Do understand that dynamic.

Oh oh, before I forget if people really do feel I shouldn't be guaranteed a spot on the team tourney so be it. I'm not u striving for attention and continuously feeding people nonsense in trying to prove myself. I know for damn sure I definitely deserve a spot on that team especially over u but I'm not even gonna stress it.

Honestly, I'd bring my entire setup (recording equipment + evo monitor + xbox/ps3), but I get the feeling that it's not a good idea to take a monitor and console on the plane there.

No direct feeds. You can bring a camcorder, but you can't plug directly into the console.

mick, even though i have played you many many times over the years, and you consistently beat me, and even though you have won dozens more events than me and beaten far better players, you need to understand that it was preplanned and somehow i am still a better player than you....

SU and Mick are both pretty decent in my opinion. Mick over SU because Mick actually plays his opponent and not just his character (which is why I feel SU won't beat him in a long set) but SU has pretty decent technical skill...and he put Kilik on the map. Will wait to see how SU plays at NEC, though, because, like I said, I do feel that some of his victories were due to people not knowing Kilik's abilities (both a pro and con of SU being a pioneer of the character).

I don't dickride anyone but you've gotta give SU props when he's consistently beating 90% of the other SC players. As for his excuses, it's funny because a bunch of people who've lost to him are probably thinking of thousands of reasons they've lost to him as they read this; it's only natural that we can't admit something/someone our better.

I lost to him at Nats in top 4, there is no excuse I straight up lost. This has nothing to do with that anymore. He keeps saying stupid stuff like he always has and then gets blown up.

You know what's funny Ceirnian I completely forgot we had a shit talking phase to and when we met in the game you got blown up. I didn't even remember. The hate is to strong that I can't even remember beasting on most of the people that talk that shit. I guess its why its silence until I get blown up by someone else and u guys cling to that.

I stick to talking shit about the dumb stuff that you do and type. You beat me once, I'm not mad nor does that have anything to do with what's going on right now. Krayzie use to beat me 100-2 or sometimes worse teaching me how to play 3d games at a competitive level. Hell at this point he probably could run a train on me like the old days.

Preplanning is only a word because people take what they've learned about the English language and throw it out the window when they use the internet, or they use the word on 8wayrun.com to make fun of Something-Unique. The word plan doesn't need to be prefixed by pre.
