Hey everyone I just made a MAJOR update/revamp to the opening post. Please let me know if you like the new layout and if you can help out with any missing information.
In specific, I am still in need of the specific item names from the DLC packs, Pattern/Sticker/Thumbnail part unlocks, and Titles.

Anyone else kind of disappointed by some of the Joke and Ultimate Weapons? There are too many "wooden sword" weapons for the Joke Weapons. Most of the Ultimate Weapons don't really look cool in appearance. It was cooler when the Ultimate Weapons were most of the characters using Soul Edge/Calibur.
Exactly! There are so many stupid limitations to this system... I mean it's really cool, don't get me wrong, but there's some stuff they could have done way better with. Also quite a bit disappointed with the extra weapons, as well as the lack of P1 and P2 CaS parts. Oh well, it's still pretty awesome. :)
couldn't you just make a sticker that looks like a belt in the approximate area?

I think ultimate weapons are unlocked a lot earlier than 42. The weapon set unlocked before the Joke Weapons qualifies as just "basic", since the characters get rather standard weapons in that set, whereas people like Patroklos or Pyrrha have their Soul Calibur and Soul Edge unlocked earlier (Xiba with Kali-Yuga, Natsu with Mekki-maru, Ivy with Kaleidoscope, etc...).

Legendary Souls can be unlocked without Story Mode. I haven't touched Story Mode yet, but was able to unlock Legendary Souls by leveling up. I am currently Level 27 and I think I unlocked it between Level 25 to 27. Can't recall when exactly I got it.
I have one question. Is there an Officer's Hat similar to M. Bison, like in Soul Calibur 4? My previous character had it, but I wonder if it's still in the game.

Not necessarily a bad idea. I put things in alphabetical order so it would be easier/faster to find the exact item you want. But if more people would rather have them grouped by Player Level, I have no problem making that change.

You can try, but it looks just plan awful. Absolutely no reason why we can't have a belt in there. Of course, I'm sure there's some really silly technical reason as to why we can't have the belt with the trench coat, but come on... They let us have all this horribly clipping equipment on, but not this belt, that doesn't look like it will even clip?

Aren't there belt-like things in Specialized Equipment? At the least, you might be able to make a belt using a combination of stuff. Especially the shapes.

Use a box/sphere to make a buckle, then use another to color in the middle.

Yup.
The shirt won't be tucked in without an actual belt item or specific pants (like Samurai's Hakama). The shirt hangs out in a really silly way and clips through the coat if it isn't tucked. The Long Leather Jacket even untucks shirts that were tucked in by pants.
