Anyone still play Arcana Heart 3?

I just googled Persona Ultimate - it looks nice!

Oh and, another question, can you play these games (AH3 or BlazBlue) using just a PS3 controller and not a joystick? Or are the combos hard to execute with just a normal controller?

People do play online, but it seems that the times they are on are very random. Usually you will see a bunch of games in the morning and at night.

I used to like playing BlazBlue a lot, until I started playing AH3. It just is my style of game tbh.

EDIT: The combos are not hard to do with a regular controller. I did the one in the video I just posted on my controller perfectly. I can do it on the first shot in training mode most of the time.
 
Akane is beast in this Game, but im sure there is Light Arcana combo with here that does over 21k damage...funny combo between =)
And no comment to Zenia XD Somehow i always dont take her seriously(big mistake)

Actually, I might end up getting both. I just don't want to be overwhelmed.

Im playing it with the XBOX Controller, and it works really fina...so its a Flow thing...if you are good with the arcade stick then i would recommend you the stick ...vice versa!

I've never tried using the arcade stick, actually.
 
@Amanda: I think the main reason you can't find many players though is because on 360, not many ppl play AH3. North America didn't get it for 360 and in Japan the 360 is not popular.

Oh and the combo possibilities in this game are endless compared to BlazBlue.

In Arcana Heart 3 there is no combo challenge mode, so you have to look up the combos. I like it that way much better because in BlazBlue, everyone used the same damn challenge mode tactics. There wasn't much originality often.

Score attack in AH3 is awesome. The final boss (Parace) is one of those insanely difficult bosses.

So which score attack is more difficult in your opinion? BlazBlue Continuum Shift and beyond's score attack makes me want to throw my controller out the window.

...hmmm so US didnt get it!?!?!
I dont get Arc System really, even if this game has hit his 2 years...thats no reason to publish that game only here in europe -.-
jep..the combo system is one of the things i loved about the game, and ya cant Cheap Kill your oponnent.

Uhh damn I don't really remember BB:CS score attack mode. Ya might have to refreash me.
I know the final boss in AH3 score attack is just insane. Hell, everytime you lose, they take out a tiny bit of HP for every retry you do. Parace was still kicking my ass and she had only a small chunk of HP left.

The U.S. got it for PSN only, which means it is only on the PS3.

Damn, already? PSVita is working pretty quickly I would say.

Oh yea and a few beginner friendly characters for AH3 are Weiss, Heart, Lilica, and sometimes Scharlachrot (Playing her with plant can be ridiculously easy)

If you get the game and wan't to know some combos, you might as well just go to this thread and ask, since AH3 doesn't have many forums. There is HomingCancel but it isn't as active as this site.

I will gladly upload combo videos or a few easy beginner combos for you guys, hell this can turn into an Arcana Heart 3 Discussion thread.

BB:CS score attack makes you fight against set characters like first char to fight against would always be Bang. I don't think there was anything to lower the characters' health you fight against if you lose. Nor was there any retry option, lose and it's game over. Apparently the AI becomes even harder as you progress through the 8 stages in score attack. Well that or it goes by tiers in score attack.

Hmm I don't think AH3 has the (Opponents get harder every level)
Depending on how you set the AI depends on how difficult the fights are. There is a retry option in this game, and there is a final boss in score attack.

You can't set the difficult at all on BB score attack and only thing you get out of score attack is the unlimited form of the character you were playing as.
