The text references Toki, at the very least. It's probably not Arahabaki, since that is seen as an entangled set of snakes. It's not his old form with Gel-O-Fury either, as it has an artwork in a previous page. So...maybe rumored-to-be-alive reborn Toki? Next game's boss/mid-boss?

Tira Note: "Tira's time in the "Bird of Passage""
Tira received training in the arts of assassination from a very young age. By the time she turned 9, she was a "Bird of Death" that has claimed countless lives. Afterwards, she was incorporated into the force of a man named Solnhofen, which was left with the most dangerous missions in the assassination of VIPs, "extermination and clean-up of the escort". Due to her severe mental unstability, Tira often caused unexpected accidents. The troops treated her like a plague, and yet it seemed her skills were still needed.

That fox demon might actually be Arahabaki.
@ Tuzark_melire :Pardon for the double post, but.... Holy crap! I didn't realize that the Unicorn symbol belongs to Graf Dumas/Nightmare! What a surprise....
What Unicorn symbol? ._.
The one posted by Sectus on page 12. You'll know it when you see it. ^^
Oh...lol, yes is true ;)
And isn't it ironic that one of most noble looking symbols that are available as a sticker in CaS actually belonged to someone like Count Dumas?
This game is full of surprises, that's for sure....
Which leads me to believe that Raphael is Graf Dumas/Nightmare.
Oh, Gel-O-Fury has artwork? If you don't mind my asking, where is it?
